The staff is AMAZING! I hate having to her a loan, but I LOVE going through here. Tony is an awesome worker and very friendly as well as helpful. I can't remember the lady's name, but she's great, too. I've used other places in the past, but we'll only go through check n go now. They're fast, friendly and; in my opinion, most importantly; they're non-judgmental. In an already tough moment in life, this staff can still mana me smile and even laugh! 10 outta 10, will ALWAYS recommend!!

The staff is great and so polite. They put customer first and even work through lunch if so many customers. They are very thoughtful when comes to making sure you get all the information required for your loan. I have never seen the staff rude, but have seen many customers acting up because they the customer did not leave enough time to due a loan or did not bring appropriate documents. Even then the staff are never rude and they always stay calm even if customers having bad day. They are great professional people at my store in Sioux City Iowa. Keep up the great work staff at Sioux City Iowa store. I applaud you for your time and consideration to your customers.

Always prompt n friendly. Tony is on top of things. Always greets ppl by name and genuinely cares. Explains process and paperwork thoroughly so as to understand Love doing business w him.

Check into cash its take less than 5 minutes to borrow. Advance America takes maybe 5 minutes on a slow day. Most of these places you sign one or 2 pieces of paper and they hand you the money and you are on your way. Why does it take 1 hour to get a loan? The guy running the place is nice but he is always alone and there are always 3 or 4 people waiting. I haven't written there in months because I don't have the time to waste in line. Went in today and he was alone with 6 people waiting. Sorry my time is too valuable.

It took a little while to be helped but there was only one person working so it's understandable that the wait may be a little longer. But the man working was very professional and helpful. I definately recommend this place.

I live in South Dakota and they don’t even have payday loans so this is super convenient when needed and there always polite and treat customers good.
