Sheena was very helpful,fast,and efficient and helped me get the amount I needed to take care of my situation. When I think of exceptional customer service I think of Sheena way to go and I will be sending people your way.

So I forgot to make my payment by Friday evening. So I made a payment through their automated system the next day which stated a payment needed to be made so I made it. Turns out they took a payment as well on Friday. So the lady in the office proceeds to tell me I should’ve call. No ma’am, your automated system should be updated if you took a payment already. She offered to refund the money but not the overdraft fees. Which is terrible. My bank is like that’s ridiculous!!!!

Rebecca was awesome I love the job she did nobody work as hard as she does.
