I was very disappointed with the service I received. After I received a check from them and went in to acquire and a loan I was greeted with the need for more information mind you I only been dealing with this company for a couple of years and always paid them off. You thought enough of me to send me a check then treat me as a new customer you have lost my business. Went to another company that I been dealing with as long as I been dealing with checkloans and was in and out in less than15 minutes. Learn how to deal with paying repeat customers. Thank you for your response and based on this I will consider your establishment in the future

“THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO HANDSDOWN”!! I walked in for the 1st time and was greeted with Big Bright Smiles By Asst Mgr “RUBY”! I had earlier called and told Miss Ruby my mom passed n she immediately offered her condolences n said to pls come by n let us work with you. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICES!!! Then I met the Manager “ALLEAN”! Miss Allean work ethics are above and beyond! She has what I call the “IT FACTOR” Love, Care, and Empathy for her customers in providing A1 customer services. She is an absolute jewel! I highly recommend this company! KUDOS TO THE ENTIRE STAFF! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

So unprofessional and ghetto!!! I called in before I went and they told me I didn’t need a bank account just a notarized letter from my job and id and bill under my name. So I drove an hour and when I got there they looked at me stupid when I told them I had just spoke to someone and they told me to bring the items listed above. Asked to speak to a manager and manager didn’t solve anything either, she just sat there.

My car had broken down and I needed cash for repairs. They were so kind, I got the cash fast and back on the road...wonderful place!
