Mrs Kaleta Green the manger is so awesome she make u feel welcome n ever way she was very pleasant, Making my 1st time enjoyable. I felt relaxed in the clean well presented lobby space. It was quick and easy. I received cash rather than check saving me time from going to bank. Great atmosphere & Customer Service.

This atmosphere was amazing. The manager was bubbly and very outgoing she made me feel like I was part of her family since we have the same last name. Even though I was declined, kalita explained the application to me in depth and she was very apologetic when I got declined. Who feels bad when you get turned down? Amazing she was. Ill be back when I get my voucher trust me. Go check her out you'll be right at home. Even if its just to say hi.

Ok, yeah, the reviews were on point. I read up here before going because it's been a long time since I used a check-cashing service and was surprised at how upbeat the comments were. I went because it also happened to be the closest, but almost a perfect score and the only bad review was... well, I'm not that kind of consumer. Staff and owner were amazing, simply amazing. They had good synergy, with gave me a good vibe, and then they were polite and warm. I got choked up talking about my kids, lol. I hope this location thrives, that its customers are good, and that I'd you've read this you give them a visit! :)

The customer service here is excellent. Caleita was so courteous, pleasant and does her job so well. I will continue to tell others about my wonderful experience. Y'all need to go and see for yourselves she's the BEST

The Portsmouth location on Airline Blvd. is wonderful. Crystal is amazing and so very professional. She has me in and out in 5 mins or less. Highly recommended and ask for Crystal. She will take very good care of you.

CrySTAHL was absolutly amazing. She was professional, personable, (tho i couldnt say it at the time) absolutly adorable. I can say with 100% confidence that I have never enjoyed applying for a loan with a 299.99% APR that much in my entire life. The experience and customer service she provided was easily worth 399.99% APR😂😂😂 BUT SERIOUSLY SHE WAS PHENOMINAL!!!
