Everybody struggles at some point in there life, and the services this place offers helped me out in some rough time. However i have stopped using there services due to the fact that they knew my pay day date and told me that they would automatically with draw the money on a certain date. They even had it noted in the notes. I had someone send me money 4 days befor they were supposed to take out what i borrowed, just to fund that they went ahead and took it out before the date they had told me. Not only did it take the money that was swnt to me it over drafted my bank account. I did what any normal person would due. I calmly called the place and asked what had happen. The lady took a look at my account and said oh it does say not to process till the said date, so i asked her what happen in which she replied "we didnt read the notes" . I asked how we can fix it since now im out the money that was sent to me (school shopping for my kids) and my bank account is overdrafted and charged extra for the over draft fee. The lady there said they can pay the over draft fee there nothing else they can do. Im super disappointed I work i retail and would do anything to make sure my customer was taking care of. You guys have lost my buisness for good and deserve zero recomendations. I highly reccomend training your employees to read the notes and learn a little about empathy as well as customer service. Once again super dissapointed.
