What a great staff rocío the manager is always there to help I wish others will treat people like this place. It was a beautiful experience , Rosario ( the manager) did her job great with the bills that I have to paid so she explained and offered me other service like a loans, Rosario was very clear about the requerements that I need to get a loan faster and save.. I will suggets to my family and friends.... thanks Rosario and checkcashing USA for helping the neiborhood...keep working like you know..!!!

The worst place I’ve been every was standing for fifteen mins no one in the store screamed band on glass had to call number and Fernando came out from what looks like a nap sleeping and the rudest person every would never recommend this place to no one deserves zero stars had to put one to comment On experience

I've had excellent service here and Everytime I go I'm treated fair

I came in with a 6000 dollar check to cash, everything was "verified" successfully and they would not cash the check. You would think as a business they would want to make money doing the service that they are named for but I guess not.. horrible employees, horrible management, horrible business--DO NOT GO HERE

They are friendly and once you are registered the loaning process is fast. No complains

It's not bad i always go to pay my light bill .

The worse experience ever,I've been in this check cashing store many times but looks like they changed owners ,the new manager Daniel has a nasty attitude he shouldn't even be a manager to begin with to treat customers the way he did,like I said ,the old check cashing manager was very professional and she had good customer service,I asked Daniel the location manager a question and he jumped screaming to me instead of saying sorry ma'm or miss.-at this time we won't be able to do it he was screaming ,when I told him that wasn't the proper way to talk to a customer he said"babe we can't do it"in a sarcastic way .. who do that I don't think it's an inappropriate way of talking to a customer very unprofessional. I will forward the issue.

The worst place to exchange money. Bad experience. The shop assistant treated people poorly. Another one behind the counter was constantly interrupting and holding up all the customers. Bad currency exchange DO NOT RECOMMEND
