Very disappointed with the way I was treated by the employees at this location. Specifically speaking with the girl with the dyed grey hair. Treated me like a criminal when withdrawing MY OWN money. I understand there is a protocol to do but also no need to be rude and judgmental. As soon as I walked in and told her I was going to withdrawal she pointed me to the machine and said “next time you know you can use the atm” because when I walked in she was busy having a conversation with another teller. Sorry I imposed on your super important personal conversation instead of the job your getting paid to do. And I had a very different experience coming here 2-3 weeks ago with a gentlemen there who was so nice. Thinking I was going to get the same treatment I went to this bank again instead of the one that’s literally around the corner from my house. Also manager and supervisor Stood by the door watching me leave all the way to my car after I left the bank as if I had just stole from the bank. Such a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Will never bring my business to this bank again.

If you're opening an account or need to do anything that involves a Personal Banker avoid CELIA PEREZ at all cost (note: the name at her desk was Cetaily and I was given three different aliases for her another being STACY). I was referred to her by a female teller with dyed grey hair. She took my ID, looked up my information, and then said she didn't have time to help me because she had an appointment coming in at 1 o'clock. She didn't even offer me a seat, and while I was standing there someone called her on the phone and told her that her appointment had been cancelled. I went to US Bank. The service was better and they're right next door.

I came in here without an appointment for a business account. One of the representatives was turning me away but the business accounts department person interrupted her and said he would take care of me. This is important to me because they didn't have to do that. They verified me quickly and got me out of there so I could run more errands. Chris Kim helped me and I was thankful for such great customer service and the attention they paid to my account. Great bank for business, you'd be doing yourself a favor if you do business with this location. They take good care of their clients.

Sadly the drive thru is only an ATM, without teller access, contrary to their listing. Anyway when that fact became apparent, I telephoned to ask any bank employee for help (My disability sometimes makes certain actions almost impossible). The employee went above & beyond to accommodate me in every way. Bless you sir! I wish I knew your name to request you get a raise/promotion. Thanks a billion, May Allah reward you forever!

I came to this branch to begin my llc bank account .Unreal how unprofessional the staff is. The guy helping me actually did the "L" on hs forehead to the teller as I watched him from his desk. I've moved business elsewhere after that many months of thinking how people like him are still representing Chase

Went to deposit money at this branch as I have on several occasions before and was told I could not get cash back that I need exact change. I told her I’ve done it before where I deposit $48 and give her $50 and get the difference and she refused. I told her the other teller working there has helped me without issues and I could wait for him but she immediately said he can’t do it either I’m the manager and it’s neen a policy for over 2 years especially for business accounts. Then she goes on and on on how everyone knows it’s a policy and if other branches or employees do it she can’t do nothing about it. Needless to say I went to the other branch down the street and was told they’ve never heard of that policy that the manager was just being lazy. Won’t be going to that branch again.

Please do not bank here! I would give this bank a negative 5 stars if I could. Not just this branch but the entire company! Last Tuesday I got a letter in the mail from Chase informing me that they were in the process of closing my accounts and that THEY had decided to end our relationship. Upon receipt of this letter I contacted Chase Bank at the phone number provided on the letter. They answered the phone "compliance department" never identified themselves as Chase Bank. I was uneasy providing any personal information to them so they told me to call the phone number on the back of my ATM card. I called Chase at the phone number on my card. I spoke with a customer service agent who could not provide me with any reason for the closure of my accounts. She attempted to transfer me to the "compliance department" where I was eventually disconnected. I then decided to drive down to my local branch of Chase Bank where I had originally opened my accounts several years ago. There I sat down with Rami Mekdache, a private client banker. I explained that I had received a letter in the mail which indicated that Chase was closing my accounts and ending our relationship. He asked me what I did for a living to which I responded that I am a registered nurse. He also asked me if any issues had come up with my accounts recently, to which I responded that there have been no issues. He then checked my accounts and said that there was some notation. He made a phone call (I dont know to where or to whom he spoke with) to try to get more information regarding these proceedings on my accounts. After a few minutes he hung up and told me that "noboby knows the reason for this", "noboby can tell me the reason", and "sometimes this just happens". He went on to say that sometimes "someone higher up just makes a determination and there's nothing that can be done about it". He also told me "my advice to you is to go open an account at another bank then withdraw your money and deposit it somewhere else." I was appalled that a bank employee at one of the largest banks in the US was advising me to withdraw all of my money from my accounts at his bank and telling me to take it elsewhere and without being able to give me any sort of explanation as to why my accounts were being closed and our financial relationship was being severed. I asked "does this mean I can never have any bank account with Chase ever again"? He responded "yes, you can never have another bank account with Chase again". This is ridiculous. I immediately withdrew my money, in cash, and left the establishment. I was furious. Do not bank with these clowns!

Chase as a business gets 1 star. Location itself was overall good until the day I came in frustrated that I was charged an overdraft fee over something I shouldn't have been charged. I expressed my frustrations to what I think was a manager and said that I was tired if constantly fighting them over stuff like that and said im here to close my account. Without hesitation or even a second thought he let an account holder of over 12 years since Washington mutual close out an account. And the reason for a 1 star is because 2 years after I close my account. I receive an apology letter and a refund check (July 2017) saying that I was charged an overdraft fee that I shouldn't have. Something they could've easily taken care of the day I came in and would've kept themselves a customer. 2 years later!
