The associates bankers are rude at this location are rude. On their phones. Ignore you well they finish their personal conversation. No to mention the foul language being used. This Is definitely not a branch I would not come back to.

A representative called to tell me someone turned in my lost card and gave an hour to come get the card before closing the card. What was the point of even calling? A professional business would have called earlier or allowed more time to get the card.

Always courteous no matter what branch I visit. Their customer service is what stands out. We as people will make something seem so big. I read one review saying a young lady was smacking her gum while working the drive thru.Get out of here with that. That seems made up.

Been banking here for 16 yrs. I've had no problems. They offer a variety of services. Informative about your needs. Making an appt. in advance is usually required if you need more than depositing/withdrawing, money order or cashiers check.

Chase and this location is terrible. We have several business and personal accounts with chase and been coming to this branch for years, they used to have the best customer service ever before changing the team/staff about a year ago. We tried applying for the small business PPP loan during the COVID-19 pandemic and the business banker never called us back after leaving several messages and also emailing Tiffany, the branch manager. We had to go to a local bank that we didn’t even have an account with to get the job done.

I’ve been consistently trying to call to talk about my credit card and every time they always hang up on me and recently I tried calling to Close my checking account and I was on hold for 30 minutes and then somebody came on and asked me my information again ( the 3 person ) and put me on another hold for an 30 minutes !

I don't like this branch at all. The tellers aren't professional. Luckily, the Manager was competent enough to help me with my issue. Unfortunately, after eight years I'm done with this bank . Going back to Wells fargo!

Sometimes they want to count my change, sometimes they don’t. The drive thru is also very slow. Shorted my deposit a dime and the lady was very unprofessional. Smacking gum in the drive thru camera.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!!!! LAQUINTON JACKSON, ROBERT S ANDREWS III, and another guy were all in a football huddle as if we weren't there trying to open an account. 30 minutes later, my co worker asked are your systems down? LAQUINTON the BRANCH MANAGER stated NO, but we will help you after we finish discussing about our last client! Remind you they were GOSSIPING! So GOSSIPING at work is more important than getting new clients? Worse Branch EVER! Who hired him? Them for that matter! Unprofessional and would not recommend their service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure the loan u pay has ur name on account somewhere 😉, they take u threw changes to pay a bill
