Chase Bank Main St, Chester

I’m a costumer if chase for about 5 years and never had such a bad experience in any branch until I step in the Chester location. I went in to make a deposit and one of the employees asked me what I needed to do and I said a deposit she said do you have your ATM card and I reply yes she told me I could go outside and use the ATM to make the deposit it was could and windy I was so in shock that I asked why I was not able to deposit inside she said it was the branch policy but they was two other people in line waiting for the other person to help them she told me she was most able to help and send me out. It was such bad costumer service I will never go back to that branch

ALL of the staff is so friendly, they know what they're doing and they treat you like they've known you for years. I can't say enough how wonderful my experience is every time.

Great service and definitely worth the wait to speak to someone. The manager is very personable and cares about her customers and branch.
