The manager should work better with people who works there. I was waiting 20 min nobody even come to ask what I need. When I ask who I can talk with the young lady said it takes few minutes couse she is on the phone. Looking around no customers only 5 workers in the boxes chating with each other. Then the young girl dissappear so I left. I'm gonna go to different location maybe I'm gonna have more luck!

One of their drive-thru ATMs is frequently broken. Just tonight, it broke down again while I was depositing $947 in cash to pay for rent (which is due TODAY!), but the money is now lost inside of that ATM machine. No nighttime support available, this is an across-the-board failure.

It is very interesting to write this review. I came to this facility to report my lost debit card and the wait time passed 15 minutes and I asked one of the teller to use the rest room and she rudely told me that they don't have restroom for public. I was bit disappointed the way she said and while I was waiting I start writing a negative review online to let other people know how I was treated. While I was writing the negative review..one of the employee name Sangita Patel approached me and asked the reason of my visit and I told her the reason and she was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me with the lost card process via my chase phone app and I was done in less than 5 minutes. Chase really need employee like Sangita who is eager to help customer and at the same time train other employee to speak with the customer in an appropriate manner.

When we went in, they were just standing and doing nothing, they went to us 10 minutes before they closed and they didn't really help us. In conclusion, this location sucks, go to another chase bank instead.

Chase has enough money to staff their locations but they would rather stuff their pockets and make their customers suffer.... you need to staff your location been in line for over 30 min and I was only behind 4 cars...

It saddens me to see how Chase has changed for the worst over the years. Particularly the Bloomingdale location on Schick rd. This location continues to disappoint in regards to its level of customer service. Several months back I needed to make a wire transfer for my business. Upon walking in I was told that the three private bankers had appointments scheduled at noon (The time was 11:40 am) and I would need to wait until their appointments were over or make an appointment to come back. This was the branch manager who had no appointments but I was told he could not help me as it was the responsibility of a private banker. I decided to wait as I had some extra time this day. Noon came and went and all three bankers had no shows for their appointments but I was still not allowed to meet with one because they give a twenty-minute grace time. I decided to leave at this point and went to another branch where the branch manager let me know his bankers were with someone (which they were) however he went ahead and took care of me and had me out in fifteen minutes. Given this experience, I am unsure why the Bloomingdale location handled it so poorly. Since the other location made the situation better I was not going to write a review or make arrangements to move my accounts. However, after my phone conversation with Erdi a private banker at the Bloomingdale location, I have come to terms that it is now time for Chase and me to part ways. As I was trying to ask a question to get further clarification she continued to cut me off and talk over me. After explaining I was trying to be respectful and allow her to speak I would appreciate the same in return and be allowed to fully answer my question so that I may understand it. I was meet with rudeness and defensiveness by her explaining she had already answered my question and that is why she was speaking over me. I politely told her it was disrespectful and the reason I had needed to ask the same question was that she had not allowed me to fully state what I needed and therefore my questions were not answered. From my personal experiences with Chase, they tend to see the customer as $$$ dollar signs and not as people. I am disappointed that an institution of their magnitude can not see past the numbers and treat people well. I know they have it in them because the two personal bankers who call me weekly trying to convince me to open new accounts are so gracious and nice. However, when I need help it seems they are not there for me when I need them. Thanks, Chase for disappointing yet another valued customer.

Terrible people work here all disrespectful and liars, might as well be a dealership. Said I'll help you in 2 minutes at 11:30am and it's about 12:30pm and I'm still waiting for something that will take all of 2 minutes to do... This is why I'm switching banks. No customer loyalty

This branch is very poorly ran! During bank lobby closure due to COVID19, the drive through lines are HUGE all times of the day. There is only one lady serving 2 drive though lines ... about 8-9 customers at each line. Other bank employees walk in the background but they are unwilling to help with the customer overflow. Rediculous!!! Poor management!

Please for the love of god give these guys some more payroll or reeducate the person that makes the schedule. I have to be here at least five times a week for the company that I work for. At least once a week there will be only one teller and a line to the door. There inevitably will be an employee who has to just stand there and chirp about the shiny ATM. Why can't they grab a till and hop on the line (there are three terminals)! I feel so bad for the tellers. I would not bank here with my personal account.

Slowest service I've ever ever been through..... thinking about opening a checking account with you guys and sitting and seeing how you guys lack people on the schedule I don't feel like waiting an hour or two until just to been seen. I've never had to wait at any bank learn how to schedule people to work. Your a big corporation you should have the payroll to do it your a bank!!!
