    The only person in this Branch is a gem kind of person whose name is Matthew Scranton. He is a gentleman . Very helping Person. I really don't like Chase after waiting for many hours on call with customer support. This all 5stars Only for Matthew Scranton Not for Chase or this Branch. THANK YOU Matthew .     If I could give it 0 I would, this is strictly a review for jason. He was very rude and honestly just overall horrible. Jason said he was busy and wouldn’t be able to help me since they were closing, they close at 2pm I came in 1:15pm that is plenty of time. After he tells us he can’t work with him we decided to leave, we then went to Dunkin’ Donuts and guess who we saw there, JASON. As we were walking out he was walking in after he was just telling us how he was SO busy and had clients. He was scared when he saw us because it shows he was a liar. I will never go back and have switched banks and I don’t regret it.

    The manager of this bank was nasty and moody when she was asked a question that she obviously did not have an answer . A new employee was incompetent in handling a legitimate check that my patient wrote to me as a copay . Very bad service . I have a few accounts opened at this branch including business accounts. I am considering move them out.

    Staff are very polite and nice. Bank itself is extremely poorly designed. There's only ONE ATM and it's located outside as a drive through ATM. When I asked inside to withdraw cash, they requested I fill out a paper form which is a pointless process and waste of time when a debit card can process the same info without pen and paper.

    I walked in the branch and was welcomed by a private client rep. He didn't care about my time or my needs for simple notary request he called customer service who didn't know what department to guide him he then called a manager who wwasnt kind enough to come out and offer help and at the same time witness the weaknesses in The employee 's customer handling and offer him some training and coaching.. I walked out not happy frustrated and thinking ... I will not go back to that Branch again.. ..and will close my accounts Credit and Business ..

    I refuse to go to this branch unless I just need the outside atm. The tellers are good, fairly quick, but the consultants in the cubicals drive me nuts. I avoid talking to them if I can. The guy that opened my accounts loves to hear himself talk and fights you on everything, and he cost me money because he fed me 100 percent wrong information which I reported, but nothing ever came of it. All they do at this branch is deviate from your original question to try and get you to sign up for credit cards that you dont want or need. I went in to deposit money and ask a question completely unrelated to credit cards and surprise surprise the conversation turned into credit card talk after I had already expressed my need to leave, that I didnt have any time to sit and chat because I have my own job to return to. On another note everything you say about your money management is wrong by their standards. I'm always told why I should agree with what they want me to do with MY money and when I disagree and tell them I'm not interested they just repeat themselves about how I'm wrong for not opening another credit card. The branch in East Windsor is MUCH better, they dont hassel you and they answer your questions without pushing you or disagreeing with you on everything. I will never step foot inside the south brunswick branch again. I will drive the extra miles to go to another branch, which is sad. I only did it this most recent visit because it was an emergency. Dont waste your time here. I never spend less than 45 minutes here every time I have a simple question.

    went today to this branch. Nice location, nice people but the level of competency is not satisfactory. was working with a consultant for 25 minutes and still didn't resolve my issue. this was my first and last time I wen to this location.

    They failed to honor their agreement. I placed 2 complaints with corporate. I was told that the district manager would contact me within 3 business days. It has been >2 weeks and the district manager still has not contacted me.

    ....They have ONE ATM in the entire branch which is outside. Then chose the brilliant plan of refilling it on a Saturday morning, took over 15 minutes just to withdraw cash Do yourseful a favor and go to another branch

    Rude !! The moment I entered into this bank one of the employees said “this guy always come here to cash his check but he doesn’t have an account here” smh. Bad customer service.
