I was helped by Bernice Creese at this branch and she was a joy to interact with. I ended banking somewhere else but I have to commend the customer service here. Great employee!

I just moved in the neighborhood and I want Into chase bank to make a car note payment. I just wanted to give this branch a huge shout for their excellent customer service and friendly staff. From the entrance I was greeted by a lovely lady who instantly asked me what I came in for. She was kind enough to walk me through the process and over to the teller. The teller was wonderful as well as I was trying to figure out my account info and she was very patient with me. Through that I met Francine who was absolutely amazing and answered few of my questions. I truly enjoy going into a place where interaction are natural and very professional. Thank you all for your service, and thank you Francine for Recommending the Jamaican food cart, it was absolutely delicious. Cheers to the wonderful and excellent service!

This is the best bank in Sacramento! They are so courteous and willing to go the extra step to make sure their customers are completely satisfied! I have never been to a bank where you feel like family! Chase Bank on Wall Street in Sacramento is the best in providing the best in providing excellent service service!!!

What a waste of time... Very unprofessional staff. I waited 30 minutes for nothing. I even saw somebody getting an appointement before me, in front of me. I am writing this comment with their wifi btw.. How can this business still survive?! Just go online.
