This location has always been helpful and kind, but one person stuck out to me in the desperate situation of chasing locking my accounts for security. An extremely frustrating process that requires me to physically be at the location. Edwin was way more helpful than I could have asked for and I’m extremely thankful. He got everything figured out very quickly and made sure every document I signed I understood.

Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a bank, I moved from NY, 15 years with Citi, no citi in FL, picked Chase. My husband and I have a join account, we opened one with chase as well as a child card for my kid. To make the story short, they “cancelled” my saving, checking and daughters account for “fraud” 0 explanation, 0 emails 0 phones calls, we deposited all our money in the bank, both my husband’s and I direct deposits missing, money missing, my child out of state with no card/money training. After 2 days of back and forward (to add, I am going international in 2 days, with no bank, no direct deposit) and they are telling me I have to schedule appointments to help fix the issue. DO NOT GIVE CHASE YOUR MONEY, I understand things happen, it is understating, but they do not have any intentions to help, they want you to make ian appointment to help you with situations that requiere attention immediately, how do you tell someone to make an appointment when they are living internationally and they need to figure out how they will get their direct deposit. I cancelled everything and I am taking my $$$ to a different bank! Chase is the worse, this branch, other branches, as well as customer service, all very unhelpful people. Now I have to wait for checks to come in the mail, my daughters account with all her savings no one can answer us on where is the money, all I am saying is, imagine if someone lives pay check by paycheck, with no extra money to wait around, how do they do that to people, with out a second to help figure things out, or a notice to come to the bank before cancelling anything. I am grateful I did not move all my money from my previous bank, and we can wait 2-4 weeks for our paychecks. Never again!!!! The reviews here are very true, don’t bank with Chase!

Worst customer service ever. Never seen a banker act so rude and arrogant. Also, this acting manager guy is terrible problem solver. This bank is inept, incompetent, terrible, distrustful, and hateful. They also look down on females and assault them with male dominance.

Nice bank, clean and well staffed. Excellent competent service. Not as posh as the Windermere branch but I prefer live humans over the VERY few bankers and lots of self serve computer terminals in Windermere.

I went into this chase location to cash a couple of savings bonds I had for over 15 years. There was a difference from the name back then and my name now. The first time I came in with only the savings bonds and my photo ID, cause that’s all I thought I had needed. The teller at this location turned me away because I didn’t have enough supporting documents. The second time I came back with the same documents, plus a marriage license. The same teller (a day later) told me I now needed to contact “the u.s. treasury” instead. I gave up for a while because, how on earth do you get ahold of them? But finally today I came in, With every federally legal document I had with both names on it. The teller Belinda, cashed my savings bonds out in less than 5 minutes using only my photo ID. It’s frustrating that the previous teller couldn’t find the same information/policies as this teller. My only hope is this review draws attention to Chase management, so that everyone can be on the same page of where to access information when they’re stuck. I will add the first teller did ask for help from another employee, but could’ve been misinformed. I appreciate this location and their employees to strive for greatness.

Worst.bank.ever. Land of, 'Pass the buck.' You can't open an inherited retirement account here. After 3 months, 2 visits and many hours on the phone; We were told we HAD to go into ANY branch to open the account. We had an appt with Brett C, that we made almost a week ago. He calls this morning, while he's clearly driving, to cancel the appt, because, "It's not my job. We don't do that here. I won't be seeing you at 1:30." They're holding a decedent account hostage. I would stay far away from any Chase bank if I were you.

Horrible branch. Never can help you unless you wait hours. Notary forget it. Ask me if I wanted to schedule an appointment for a few days away. Are you kidding me. UPS charged me 10 bucks and took 5 minutes. Worst bank branch I think in the whole United States. Zero rating. Horrible.

This branch is an absolute joke. Customer service here is trash. Nobody wants to do their job and instead insist you do it online. Wait times take forever as multiple bankers wonder around and just hang out with each other. If you try to call the branch the only way you can get through is if you call 15x back to back and they get tired of hearing the phone ring.

Not sure why there are negative reviews at this location. Just had to get my debit card replaced and the speed of service was fantastic and Singh was a delight. Love this branch. 5 stars

Turned me away to have one document notarized. Said they only had one notary and he was too busy with regular banking appts all day. This small task would have taken two minutes. I was willing to wait but not over an hour, like they said it would be. Poor management of customer service.
