      If you want to speak to your local bank on the phone during normal business hours, find ANOTHER local bank. Apparently, this Chase location is too busy to talk.

      I don't leave bad reviews usually but I was just here and this teller was very very nasty. The line was rather long with 2 tellers working and one at the drive up. I get it, it was busy. But when it was my turn up at the window, she didn't even say hi how are you. She didn't even speak to words to me! And as she's finishing the transaction she practically threw my receipt at me! She just tossed it on the counter and that was that. I said thank you and walked away. I don't wanna get anyone into trouble therefore I will not reveal her whole name but it began with an A. Very disgusted with the customer service!
