    Despite all the bad reviews of people saying the employees are rude, my experience was good .I walked in at noon and was nicely greeted at the door. The teller was very pleasant. I walked in to get 2 rolls of quarters and deposit some money in my account .

    This bank use to be my favorite bank, but as of lately a few of the bank tellers have completely ruined my account by giving me false information. I attempted to open up a savings account at this location and was told by one of the tellers to do it online myself, because it's quicker. So, I opened up a savings account online a couple of weeks ago, and end up getting locked out of my account today. Then, Chase decided to end my account and told me I had to come into Chase and reopen a new account. It doesn't stop there, I will not be able to get any of my money for 10 business days. If you go to the Romeoville Chase, you are not able to talk to a banker (Bolingbrook has way more access to help and the correct information, if you need help or have any questions about anything) Needless to say, I won't be reopening another Chase account. I've banked with Chase for years and now I'll be taking my business elsewhere, this was just way too much to deal with.

    I decided to go in here today to inquire about my acct. I spoke to the banker Heather- She was rude, loud, and dismissive. I don’t understand why they have people so rude that work for chase. I really do like chase as a bank but this branch makes you think twice. This is the third theme I’m came in two years and nothing has changed. I wish I could do zero stars. Certain rules apply for certain types of people so I feel like I was racially profiled. I went in there a few times to make a transaction. Each time was unpleasant, but today was worth writing a review. Rude, unwelcoming, terrible customer service. Manager Jason also is rude no wonder other employees behave like that to customers. They wouldn't help me with withdrawal or what I came there for so had to drive all the way to another town to complete transaction. I had all required docs. 🆔 socials, so it's clear I wasn't asking for any favors. I will never return. My business is clearly not wanted, or my kind. I most likely will close my account after today's experience. I've been with Chase for 7yrs never been treated like that. I refuse to drive to another town to do business so maybe we should part ways. Don't go there!

    I recently had someone try to use my card number to buy 1,100 worth of something from Sprint on line. Chase texted me and declined the transaction. THANK YOU for protecting me! I have never experienced anything negative from the tellers, it is a wait inside sometimes, but isn't awful . I'm happy to bank at Chase!

    I mean I understand if your having a bad day but when you're only nice to certain customers and not new ones that'll make you second guess. I'm a very friendly person but in this Chase the environment makes you feel in the lows. To much negativity. By far the only chase that I've been to where tellers were rude slow and seem not to care.

    Always slow service. I was last here on a Friday at 4pm and drive through was closed with one teller available inside. There was a customer with a lot being done. No second teller came to help, but there was a door greeter who was nice but not at all helpful. After 20min the person in line was done and at the same time a second teller finally came. This makes no sense for a Friday afternoon at 4pm. The staff seems nice except for the one teller who was working 3/18 that's why it's two stars instead of one. Management needs to manage better on a busy Friday at 4pm.

    Count on a, or several mistakes !!! From opening an account, applying for a mortgage, help setting up online bill paying, or even withdrawing money, they do it wrong. Promised next day available funds for a check deposit, ended up to be 3 days - helped me set up online bill pay for auto loan, she set me up to auto pay it after the due date, wouldn't refund late fees - asked for a cert check from one account, took it from the wrong account resulting in low balance alert - put wrong names on both my and my wife's checking account and checks. Worst bank I've ever used - even worse than BMO Harris.

    Bankers are extremely slow, and dont even acknowledge you are there. Manager is kind, but keeps telling you they will be right with you, and nobody attempts to service you in a ttimely manner. Very slow. Dont come to this branch.

    Rude tellers. No change machine! Told me they would except rolled coins only. So lazy. Why have employees. A machine isn't rude or lazy.

    i just wish they fix the ATM's drive thur light you know the ones that show which ones are open 3 drive ups and only one light is working
