This branches drive up atm was taken away months ago. I had driven up to the teller window to get cash out and the teller said “why can’t you just come in and use the atm at the door” ………. First off. I have a baby in the car. Second it’s part of your job to run the window so don’t act like I’m inconvenncing you when it’s your branch that took away the drive up ATM. I would also like to know why this branch OFTEN closes 30 minutes before they are supposed to………

SUPER unhelpful! I was looking for a notary and they seemed like they didn't want to help. "our notary is in meetings right now and we don't know when he'll be available but you're more than welcome to go across the street and pay for notary services". Mind you, I've been a Chase customer for more than a decade. Even after explaining that to the man and woman in the empty lobby at 930 this morning, they still maintained that super unhelpful demeanor. The guy even asked "do you have any accounts with another bank?" Smh! Yep, definitely won't be going to this branch for any services. The Old Milton location was much more helpful and responsive.

I have banked with Chase for over 10 years and the and this morning was very disappointed in their customer service. I arrived before 9 AM so that I would be in-and-out, needing a notarized document. The only gentleman that was a notary said he was too busy' Although there was nobody else there and he was standing talking to another associate. I had to go somewhere else and pay for the service that I should have received.

I switched to chase when bank of America closed my account for no reason after being a customer for over 12yrs. Everyone is really nice at this location. I love the manager he personally helped my son open up his first bank account, set up direct deposit and walked him through the whole process of depositing money through the teller. He took his time and was very patient. Every time I walk in this bank I feel a very friendly vibe. Everyone greets you and is very nice.

Had chase previously, account got closed over a $35 over draft fee, understandable I went in and paid it off last Friday, did not have the exact paperwork I needed to open a New account that day. Just went to this branch showed up at 5:20 and was told that I could not open a New account because there was not enough time and they stop doing it at 5:30 I was told this at 5:20, There for tomorrow when I need to go cash my checks from work and open an account I will no longer be doing that with Chase, I am very upset because I would have loved to continue using this bank but clearly my business is not wanted there. Thank you to Bank teller Zach who refused to help me open an account.

I moved to Chase for my business banking from another big name bank. I opened the first account in the branch. Brittany, my personal banker, was amazing. She helped me thru the process and got everything set up. She has checked in on my periodically to make sure my needs are met. Then COVID... my other big named bank refused to process my PPP account because I didnt have a loan product with them. Not only did Chase process my application but Brittany worked with me and held my hand thru the process. I'm so thrilled with the bank and the service I have received.

Brittany saw that I had moved to her district and reached out to me to see if I had anything she could help with. She set me up to close one of my accounts easily in the drive through. Although one of the drive through attendants was a bit rude, Brittany took over and did exactly what she said. Really great customer service from her!

I did not have a good experience here. I got to interact with three different employees. The manager gets one star. I was really disappointed in the way she handled her interaction with me. If you need to bank in this area, I suggest the Fifth Third inside of Kroger. The Chase manager should go work there to learn how it's done.

The team is always very friendly and helpful. I enjoy visiting.

They posted out of order to charge fees. That was shady, the rest was average.
