Been to this branch a handful of times. Would say about half the time I am told they can't do what another branch can and will easily do. Could just be a lack of problem solving or being willing to look into an issue further, but in my experience they would rather just tell you no and send you on your way.

I have been with chase a loooooong time everytime i go into the bank iam told i can do this and that online its my choice to come into the bank if i want and if they cannot serve with issues then there is no reason to bank there

Chase Bank is still supporting the fossil fuel industry through BILLIONS of dollars in financing every year, despite them trying to greenwash it away.

To start out Emil is a wonderful relationship banker. Jeremy is the branch manager and was absolutely not helpful in the least bit. I’d received a targeted offer for $200 via email and I opened a new checking account. I was so excited about the account especially with the Disney perks with the card. I told my colleagues to sign up for accounts there because it seemed like a great bank. I received an offer in the mail for a $300 offer a few days later. I called in to inquire as to why I was sent a higher amount and the woman I spoke with on the phone told me that was great and that I just needed to go into a branch to get the promotion applied. I have a very hectic work schedule so I was unable to come in until later in the same month (today). I went in and as I mentioned Emil showed extraordinary customer service and mentioned that I was within the 21 day cutoff. When he spoke to the branch manager Jeremy, Jeremy stated that since the $200 was already deposited they couldn’t override. This company needs to stick to the same story. I called customer service after and they stated again that only the branch manager would’ve been able to override it so it shows me that the manager either did not like me personally or had some other strange motive for not helping. Once my direct deposit comes through this week I’ll be sending the $200 bonus amount back and closing my account. It’s not worth it to me to have the bonus because now I do not trust the bank. This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank and it was not an easy decision for me to switch banks but clearly I’ve made a terrible mistake. Stay far away from Chase!!

I've known Morgan Montgomery for many years now. .What I've learned is Morgan knows the in's and out's of this business. He's always willing to go out on a limb to help you get your needs met. He's a really nice guy who's been in the business a long time and is still passionate about making people feel confident while handeling their money. Thank you Morgan for all you do! I walked into the branch to inquire about the steps to have some trust paperwork for my deceased parents trust medallion signature guaranteed. I was told that Mitchell was in a meeting for an hour but that he would call me. He did not call me and when I called later that afternoon, he said he tried to call me, but the teller wrote down the wrong number. I arranged to go in after work for him to review the paperwork, which was a simple letter of instruction. He proceeded to tell me all the things they COULD NOT DO and that he would need to forward all the documentation to their legal department. He said they were guaranteeing the funds and that it was really me. I worked at the corporate headquarters in NYC for years and still had an employee account. Not sure why they don’t know who I am or why there would be any doubt. In fact, besides listing all the things he could not do, I felt like he never listened to me and that I obviously did not have enough money in my account to be worth his time. He just stated that I still had an employee account although I was no longer an employee. That was two weeks ago. Since then there has been no follow up or phone call. I reached out to my credit union and they immediately helped me with no questions, hassle or third-degree. I am now moving all my accounts to my credit union where they treat their members as human beings, have CUSTOMER SERVICE, go the extra mile and actually look me in the eye. By Chase!

As soon as I walked into the building into line, a younger woman approached me to try and help to see if I needed anything that could be done by her or online. The efficiency of her acknowledgment and helpfulness already boosted my experience. Needing a void check to set up direct deposit after my employer would not accept the form, a younger gentleman teller was so helpful to refund some insufficient fee charges to help pay for a few checks as well as printing me a void one for free. I appreciate their help more than they probably know. It was a breath of fresh air to have them be so helpful

This bank has absolutely no clue how to properly conduct business banking, and extremely poor customer service. There is no consistent management present at their downtown locations, and the extent of their customer service is to call the number on the back of your debit or credit card, and speak with an off-shore call center. For even simple tasks or mundane inquiries, the downtown Chase banks simply cannot handle them. If you have any significant assets or a business you care about-- and banking related to those needs-- avoid this bank at all costs.

I can't believe this branch. I mailed a check there for a client, which I do for numerous clients at numerous Chase banks, 10 days later I see the check still has not been cashed. I called the branch and they inform me they will not deposit checks mailed there. Okay, don't see why as all the other branches do...but then he tells me it just gets put in a back office. WHY would you not call the phone number on the check, or call the customer or even just mail it back to the sender. It just sits there??? How unprofessional.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in to this branch to open an account. I walked in to the lobby and there was no customers in the bank but me. two associates were sitting at their desks laughing and chatting I went to the teller and asked her if I could open an account and she said she would get someone to help me. She walked over to the associates at the desks and let them know that I would like to open an account. The associate got up from her desk and walked over to me and said that she is by appointment only and I would have to come back tomorrow if I what to open an account. This was a shock to me since there was no one in the branch but me and she was just sitting there talking and laughing with her co-worker. Obviously this bank does not want my businesses.
