Chase Bank Laurel St, San Carlos

My review is for this particular branch experience pre-covid. The staff is very helpful. The transactions I made here are quite simple. Typically required a bit of wait. But never waited more than 5-10mins. They took time to listen to my requests and address the issues I faced. There's a dedicated parking right beside the building which is plus if you are visiting during the peak hours.

Such a bad experience when I went in and tried to open a business account. I don't blame the personnel, but the overall attitude and culture. Not sure if it's different anywhere else at Chase. Don't try to just walk in and open a business account. Either no one will be on staff or you'll wait for hours. Also, the moment you lack a piece of document or you're during any transition, they don't let you open an account and update information later. Random audit people may want to join you in the cubicle so practice coziness. And patience. I just left.

Worse bank ever. I closed my account and they kept sending me mail after 3 months saying they gave me too much cash when I closed it and it is been a NIGHTMARE to fix this. They don’t have a proof and it is a false allegation. Hated them when I was a client and even now when I am not. After 3 weeks I still haven’t fixed this 😡 Extremely disappointing bank

We have been to this branch twice and both times it has been a great experience. Everybody is so helpful.

Excellent services through my 10 years of banking. Also loan rates are great.

I give them five stars for letting us all use their parking lot after hours. Thank you for that.
