Chase Bank 164th St, Mill Creek

I was insulted when I walked in to ask about their car loan rates. Ive banked with them for 10+ years and just wanted to have a quick chat and get their opinions. They asked me why I was there and that this could have been easily done online without their help. Manager lady (I think) came over and said something kinda nasty too like I looked ‘too young’ to be buying a new car. Horrible customer service and am going to take my banking elsewhere.

As someone new to the area, I had a very smooth experience opening an account and the staff were friendly and professional. My experience with Chase has been good so far.

Opened my account online to receive the promo bonus and transferred a decent amount not money into the account. I go to use it online only to find out it is locked and the only way to unlock is to go into the bank in person once they open. Mind you it is Saturday afternoon so best case scenario I can access MY MONEY Monday IF they let. Interesting they don't mind me putting money in the account before they lock it.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Not knowledgeable, not helpful, not willing to help you, in a hurry to hang up the phone or have you leave the branch. Absolutely appalled at the low level of service.

A bunch of 'tards working there with no authority to solve issues. Absolutely terrible. I'm talking about Leona, Bobby, Anna, and Lucy. Effing worthless, closing my accounts tomorrow.

Just not super excited about the customer service. One of the first Chase banks where I have actually felt like Chase was a big box bank. Literally, customer service is the only differentiating factor a banking institution really offers, and the branch does not strive for any competitive advantage.

They are not friendly at all and careless about their customers. They saw we standing there but can not offer a place to sit down and she chased us out of an empty cubical and empty office twice because we wanted to find seats to sit down

My experience was very pleasant, despite going in with a notion that it would be bad because of the other reviews. Maybe it was just the people I talked to, but the whole atmosphere was welcoming and friendly!!

Mill Creek WA Chase Branch is still the worst branch of any bank I have been too. It is closest to my work and home and the most convenient to get too. Every time while in this branch it is either a very one wait for assistance or someone asking to show me how to use the ATM. This constant disrespect is just to much. I have business bank, personal banking, and sport team bank account as well. My level of need can not always be done on an ATM which I am always directed too. In short this branch is extremely slow in ALL transactions, disrespectful and never willing to help include business banking needs, and absolutely the worst branch I am ever stepped into. For this I will be considering other banks for my large banking needs moving forward.

In the branches the customer service is fine. In terms of customer service over the phone, it is atrocious at best. Good luck trying to understand what the service rep is attempting to say in English? Does chase use voip? If you don't get a representative who speaks english do not be surprised if you can't hear what the representative is saying. Oh my gosh go back to New York you horrible horrible company
