The teller was great and quick. But waiting to speak to a banker took about 20 minutes. Disappointing to say the least.

Bunch of thieves with horrible customer service. Opened an account with the cashback bonus promotion; however, the manager forgot to complete the paperwork with corporate. Then when asked why it didn't reflect in my account and they can't adjust it now, they told me they can't give me the bonus because that manager left and they're no longer liable. Only until showing proof in my records did they agree to talk to corporate about it. However, during that 1.5 month interim for it to get solved, I couldn't touch the money or else they couldn't help me because I would no longer be a customer. Then when I was finally issued the bonus, they messed up on the 1099 forms they issued for me to pay taxes on the interest. It's because of this branch that I try to avoid all Chase banks at all costs. Hopefully this branch is dissolved or everyone there is replaced.

I am just returning from my visit today around 12:00pm when I witnessed two female clerks talking ill of a disabled older client. Upon me being called forward, i hear that this client did not have proper identification for his business and was asked to attain another form of id and stepped aside. It was apparent that he had some form of spinal/walking disability and walked slowly in a shuffle to move over to the customer seating area. It was here when the two female tellers (whom i did not get their name, but what i will take a guess of having guyanese/indian/west indian decent) began talking ill of this particular client, one of which in brown hair in a blue and white printed blouse (whom i was speaking to) and the other in black hair, glasses, and dark colored blouse -- made condescending comments and looked to me as if I were to join in agreeance of this distasteful and unprofessional exchange. Not only was the client still in the building, seated on the customer couches looking for his records, but there was blatant disregard of their volume, tone, and a very conspicuous passing off of hand sanitizer to each other before the client had even made his way through myself and the tellers. I am confident that it was not only me that may have heard or seen this, as there were about ten other people on line behind me. While i understand that this is not the values of Chase as a whole, I walked away from this particular location feeling disgusted by the absolute lack of professional tact of these two clerks.

This place is horrible, you’ll have a better experience putting your money in a piggy bank. Don’t go to this branch. Do not deal with Abby. This place is ghetto.

Please don't use their ATM. They took money and show in receipt that I need to call the number to check the deposit went through. It sucks.
