Chase Bank Eliot Ave, Queens

Incompetent MTA machine, half of the time I visit this Chase there will be at least one MTA machine inside not working. Worse for the drive thru MTA machine, it is like lottery when depositing with 9 out of 10 times failed to read my bank notes and checks. Never had these problem in other Chase.

The worst chase branch in queens. First 2 times The girls had difficulties taking out a certain amount from the account. Was Not discreet and the 3rd time they tell me I cannot take out the funds. That I’d have to call ahead of time. Why would I need to call you for MY money?! This bank is a joke! I have no problem with the bank on myrtle but unfortunately they are temporarily closed. Why have your money in their bank if you can’t access it when you need it!

Poor customer service. I have four bank accounts here including A Business account since 2012. They do have a notary on staff that notorized papers for me before. Today when I came in , they lied to me that they don't have a notary. He was there behind the window though. I know you guys hate to help us but after so many years and multiple accounts , the least you can do is say the truth that you don't want him doing it. It's not easy to find a notary at 9am in this neighborhood.

This location is busier than ever. After the Maspeth branch closes, they should have more staff here as they should know there will be more people! However, they do the opposite. Far less staff and teller, fortunate if they open three windows. They seem to be closing soon, too.

Almost everything is good about this bank, convenient, parking, staff is very helpful, BUT who ever puts the bills at the atm should pay attention to the condition of these bills!! Maybe its only my bad luck at this branch. But whenever I get bills from their atm, the bills are in a poor condition some of them are very very old, they are worn... and this is the only bank I’m having this problem. Every other bank I go to I get basically new bills, but here... come on... I understand money is money but when I travel to different countries they don’t want to accept these bills when I want to change currency.

only 1 working ATM on this October weekend, low tech Bank ?

The drive thru window service was closed twice when I came during business hours

Extremely rude and unprofessional. No time for customers.
