    I had 13k$ in my Ch account&8k$ negative in CC, i asked cashier Jaibir if i pay my cc can i get 8k$ cash next day, he said yes. Twice he confirmed!, dec26 i came to get cash they said 1500$ is max cash advanced!!. I have due 14000$ and today must pay off, Wow... not knowledge of others effect to loose us. Who is responsible of this kind of loosing? His manager Ben called somewhere but not any positive things. Totally disappointed of chase bank

    They let you book an online appointment and when you go in they say no one is available or the bankers have not come. They are very unorganized

    Card got stuck in the atm over weekend and bank do not have courtesy save the card in lost and found.

    Ben (the bank manager) always goes above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met, Someone had recently stole our checks and Garvin also helped us and went above and beyond for us with that issue and assured us all would be ok on our end.My husband's paycheck got sent to the old account and Ben was able to find it and re-route it to the new account within the hour after a few calls. I'm just glad he was able to find it in their system, I was sure we would have to wait for a week, now that's customer service at it's finest! Ben and Garvin are the best!👏👏👏 I will continue to bank at Chase with those 2 around! They are the ideologies of what amazing customer service is!     Customer service is average, but having to shout my business so I can be heard through the bulletproof glass they put in front of the tellers is annoying. Also, if I wanted to use the ATM, I would have. Wasting time to tell me that using the ATM would be quicker, only to be surprised when I explain that my transaction is more complicated than that is infuriating, since they have needlessly made things take longer.

    This is a very nice branch of Chase Bank. There is always someone near the doors that greet you as you come in. Well lit inside and easy to find on the corner. They have two ATMs by the parking lot side and one nestled inside the entry area. When the branch is open for business, usually do not have a line, and they have both regular and a business teller window. There is an additional ATM by the bank tellers. One problem I have is that their banks ATM machines have trouble ready new Bill's, and $100 dollar bills, so you almost always have to going to the teller to make a deposit. Other than that, it is a financial unit that has products like CDs, does lending and loans. I frequent this branch a bit more because the employees do tend to smile and greet you more authentically.

    I used my business account to send a VERY URGENT demo kit to a major customer... paid $160 for AM delivery next day... Arrogant and lazy FEDEX screwed up as I should have expected and delivered it not PM but the day after and refused to refund. I lost the bid too. Then I opened a credit card dispute with CHASE, and they first credited my account for $160... but then humed and hawed for days after and ridiculously denied it and sided with Fedex saying "it was delivered"... PERIOD! I kept asking "Did I get the service I paid for? Yes or No?"... Robotic answer by their senior specialists "Sir, the merchandise was received by you"... they didnt even know if I had send merchandise or received it... I believe Fedex had a big account with CHASE so they strong-armed CHASE....RESULT? I canceled ALL my Chase account, including business and personal... took all my several hundred k money ELSEWHERE (to a customer oriented Credit Union)... NEVER CHASE, NEVER FEDEX

    I have paid Chase about $150 or more overdraft fee with in last two month just because Chase hold my money for unnecessary reason and therefore I get behind in my payments and pay Chase overdraft fee. I been with Chase for about three years. I have personal checking account with Chase and business account with BOFA. Every month three or four times I transfer money from BOFA account to Chase. Last year I signed a contract with Chase not to charge monthly fee and overdraft fee but the condition is I have to have direct deposit which I do. So I signed the contract hoping I am safe. For last few months Chase started charging me overdraft fee. When I questioned either telephone chase banker or walking branch in Fremont / Mowry location. In return respond I get stories after stories and when I prove them wrong they come up with another brand new story. The situation is I request BOFA to transfer fund to Chase account three or four times of month. BOFA transfer money within 24 hours and I have proof. however Chase take two, three some cases week to update the funds in my account and its all CASH. while my account is in service I am making payments however due to lack of Chase bank processing system money doesn't get available on time so Chase charge me overdraft fee. Question: I asked Chase customer service why are you taking days some time weeks to update my funds even though its CASH. In return respond its a Chase processing time. However there is no fix or listed time line when your money will be available. I asked why? Chase respond with another new story; Chase TERMS and CONDITIONS. Chase is playing very sneaky and technical terms with me and taking full advantage just because they can. Question: I asked? According to Chase customer service I don't have contract with Chase for overdraft and monthly fee charges. So how come you don't charge me monthly fee. On other hand you are charging me overdraft fee. In return Chase respond, Sir because you have deposit $500 or more every month. I asked customer service to open last year statement where I have deposit thousand of dollars and you still charged me $10 monthly fee. So this story doesn't make any sense. I have done direct deposit last year September 2012 and since then I have not paid monthly fee and suppose to be no overdraft fee. In return respond Chase offered me another new story explaining me Sir there are five different ways you can get charge overdraft fee and its goes on and on. Its doesn't make any sense. I am really tired with this bank customer service. I can't get through Chase customer service; it seem like they can say or change there statements any how any way and label it \\Chase TERMS and CONDITIONS as a respond to many of my QUESTIONS. I spoke with at least 9 different customer service also walking to Fremont and Mowry location branch. Its amazed me more Chase customer service I spoke with more new stories I get to hear. My concern is which is a correct and true statement. Recently on Web Chase customers have complained excessive unknown charges from Chase and how they are unhappy and unsatisfied. I believe that's what happened to me. Since Chase have upper hand it seem like they are using there power to make it best for there interest. Please be aware of Chase terms specially now. It seem like they are starting bending rules and terms by taking advantage of people. Please asked for any necessary documents and understand the Chase hidden terms. I have paid about $150 overdraft fee with in last two month just because Chase hold my money for unnecessary reason and therefore I get behind in my payments. I will be closing Chase account.

    Bad experience. Visited to change my name on credit & debit cards from maiden name to married name. I was promised to receive the updated cards in 5 business days. Two weeks later, I receive a debit card replacement with the same maiden name and a credit card replacement with a misspelt married name. #doublefail.
