The awful, rude, "middle age blonde woman" sited in the other reviews is also the branch's notary republic and a nightmare to deal with. I've written a letter to the branch manager and intend to send it to Chase national headquarters. Glad to know I'm not the only one she's abused. The Chase branch nearby in Katonah has friendly, helpful, professional employees.

Most people seem decent In this place except this middle age blonde woman at the teller booth. I can’t wear my mask over my nose for risk of Another lung infection (this is what my doctor told me) and she was very rude about it. I need to look out for my health. You have plastic in front of you and a mask on. Lady was a true maskhole and just rude in general. Hope I never have to deal with her again

That employee named steven gave me nasty attitude, so rude and awful.. never going back to this branch again. Never!

I have to say, All the employees here are great except one lady mid 40s, blonde. She always gives me the nasty attitude & doesnt treat me as a customer. I am there most of the time & everyone treats me well except her. Therefore, I give it 1star. Something must be done about this!
