I went there to open a money market account. Walking in, the setup is a bit strange. There are a bunch of kiosks where I guess you do your banking online. The open concept I couldn't figure out. A woman was at a desk in the middle of the kiosks on the phone. I didn't know if she was an employee or a customer. Thank goodness for the guard at the front door who happily greeted me. I had to ask her how I set up a new account. She directed me to the sitting area and let someone know I was there. The seating area is right up against a clear partition where there is someone opening new accounts. Call me old fashion but an open concept office where I could hear all this guys personal info like the condo he was closing on and the trust accounts, how often he would be making deposits, etc and other financial info was a bit disturbing. Several employees of the bank seem to be swooning over this guy. I sat and waited. And waited... I was acknowledged kindly by the woman opening this guys account. I was also asked by the woman on the phone if someone had taken care of me. I said no, I am here to open an account. Oh - well, I guess that wasn't her job. Only the one woman behind the clear partition could do that. I left at that point for several reasons. First, I was taken aback by the obvious lack of privacy and discretion in people's financial matters and 2nd, based on the number of people swooning over this guy opening his account, I was going to be sitting there for some time. My money market check and I left. I give it two stars for the guard who looked like she loved her job and greeted me with a smile and for the woman who was opening accounts behind the "clear partition" who acknowledged me.

Dishonest team. Martin Cicero in specific is a dishonest man and was asking me to supply him with information that was fraudulent in order to qualify for a loan - further, he pressured me into filing a tax return that was incomplete in order to obtain a loan. I explained to him that I was not comfortable doing so as I had not received my K-1s. The entire team is slippery and shady - be very cautioned dealing with this.

This chase bank branch is has the best customer service in the area. They are truly dedicated to their costumers and meeting their needs. They were and willing to assist me in a notary process, without much inconveniences to me. I truly appreciate their assistance and willingness to help. Thanks to Kathy for the assistance.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Melvin, who made the process of opening an account so easy! He was proficient and professional and severed me with a smile (I could see it behind his mask) lol. I was in and out quickly and I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with this locations customer service!

Chela Michel, an Associate Banker, went above & beyond what her job description calls for today when I went into the bank. I needed to email bank statements to PA & I didn't have a clue how to do it. She could have easily told me that she'd print the bank statements & send me on my way, but she didn't. She spent a considerable amount of time assisting me. Chela was extremely helpful & very patient. I'm so very grateful for all of her help. She's an asset to CHASE.

Staff is awesome. Branch always has problems and closes for ridiculous reasons. Then there is no other branch other than Town Center, which is a nightmare to get to. Thinking about moving my account to a more "CUSTOMER FRIENDLY" bank that IS OPEN when they are supposed to be.

Not friendly with mean face, prefer Bank of America near that branch.

Service rep at the branch was rude and wasted my time. They provided poor guidance on how to complete a basic task. I am a long time chase / JP Morgan customers and do considerable business with the bank, so this was rather disappointing.

Canceled my account today. 5 long years of unpredictable and unprofessional behavior. I was rudely greater by a rather short woman with blond hair today ( if I knew her name I would mention it so you can avoid her) and I was just reminded of why I chose to close my account. Hidden fees you name it chase does it. Avoid Chase Bank but most importantly AVOID THIS BEACH BLVD BRANCH

Very inconvenient for me I’ve been a customer with them for years and I go to the drive-through to take out money and they make me come in Now see if I was a new customer yes but I’ve been a customer for years and you make me come in to withdraw money from my account instead of the drive-through
