Chase Bank Martin Truex Jr Blvd, Manahawkin

The bank tellers are amazing. The branch manager NOT so much. I deposited a check that was put on a 10 day hold. The money was deducted from the issuers account. After she or they called Chase fraud prevent depart and they found she wasn’t not able to do anything on her part. I made the call myself to the fraud prevention department where one of the agents did what she should have done for me so I did have to do her job. I may not have millions but I have been a customer for sometime now. I will be closing my account as soon as this is settled and opening with TD! As she said to me with her 20 years experience she had never heard of TD Bank had suggested as a service they provide for their customers and when I said to her I was closing my account all she could say I am so sorry to hear that. Well I am sorry to hear that with your 20 years of banking experience and my 0 I did your job in 5 minute phone call.

Look it's a bank, it's not exciting, it's not sexy but it is important, and compared to the other banks in the area (Bank of America and TD) Chase is amazing. Always accomodating and very polite.

I wanted to write a review about the great experience i just had with Chase messenger. it was my first time and agent ^JS helped me. im not going to put all my financial information out there but this person was amazingly helpful. Chase has always been a great bank for me and always been accommodating no matter what i need. for that, i say thank you!

Tim Neumann and Andrea are awesome! Tim goes beyond the call of duty. Andrea is very helpful and intelligent. I have never dealt with a bank that employs caring knowledgeable people like this branch has. A huge thank you goes out to both of them!

Do not bank here at chase I was conned by them. They make you sign a disclosure saying the can close your account at anytime without your consent and state they don’t have to tell you why. My account was closed with my knowledge and they stole my money. I called chase customer service and they would not tell me why they closed it and also my account was in good standing smh. They are now in the scamming business. See for yourself about the disclosure go try to open a checking account.

Fact is small banking is gone, but if a branch and its employees can make a difference then that matters to me. The people in this branch are friendly and do their best to make your banking experience pleasurable.

Check holds of 2-5 days AFTER I've been a customer since January with many thousand dollars of transactions. Almost no tellers (1?) and Managers seem too busy to talk. Complete opposite of TD Bank.

Andrea calls me by name, Christine and Lucia also the best. I am retired from 40 years in retail customer service management, and know good service when I experience it. Please keep up with the good work.

The branch in Manahawkin is staffed by knowledgeable caring people who specialize in ULTIMATE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. They have made banking a pleasurable experience in every aspect. DO NOT BANK HERE. Never got the 200 for setting up direct deposit. Brought proof of address, which they said they didnt need, then closed my account a week later after i put ALL my money into it, because I didnt give proof of address. WHAT?! OH AND WHEN THEY CLOSE IT YOU HAVE TO WAIT 2 TO 3 WEEKS FOR YOUR MONEY TO COME BY CHECK. IM ABOUT TO LOSE EVERYTHING BECAUSE I CANT PAY BILLS. NOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS EVEN SLIGHTLY APOLOGETIC. DO NOT BANK HERE.
