I went inside the branch because the line was long and it was nearing closing time. Tyra, the LAO was an absolute ray of sunshine. Oh my gosh, her personality and professionalism were Top Notch. Teller in drive-thru (I didn't get her name, but she's from Africa), was just as jovial. Thank you ladies for such a warm encounter. God bless you both!

Didn’t realize I had to make an appointment to open a Chase bank account but did so. The earliest appointment was 7 days later. Chase confirmed an appointment at 1pm with Anabel Umambong. I showed up for my appointment and got in line. Teller told me to wait in a waiting area. After wasting my time waiting, I eventually asked the teller if Anabel was even in the building, she said she wasn’t there. I told her to tell Anabel she missed her 1 o’clock. That was about 3 weeks ago, to date, neither Anabel nor anyone at Chase has contacted me. Pretty obvious they don’t care about having your business.

This is a really great location, it’s full of young trained professionals that will get you in and out. chastity seems to be the leader of the pack and she will ensure your visit is anything less but exceptional .

worst customer service I’ve had at any bank

Despite the negative reviews I decided to open up a couple accts anyway. I had to make 2 trips and each time CJ and staff were professional and courteous. CJ was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything I needed to know regarding my acct types and how Chase operates. I was very pleased and look forward to possibly opening up my business acct with them.

This location is so horrible it makes me want to switch banks. It causes SO MUCH TRAFFIC. The placement of the drive thru is terrible, the lot is simply not large enough. Who's idea was it to put this bank here? The inside ATM is ALWAYS out of service so you're forced to either wait in line on the inside or the outside. You will never be in & out of here even for simple things. They never seem to have enough people working either: one window & one person at a desk. This is my closest Chase so I basically have to go out of my way & make a drive in order to get the service I deserve. Ridiculous.

I was waiting for the past 20 minutes . Mind you I was on lunch break . I was expecting to be next since she was done with the customer she was with .. I watch her walk to the other side to help the other customers that just arrived. That is bad customer service . I was waiting for awhile justfor her to help people that just arrived ..NEVER GOING TO THAT LOCATION ...

On time patients with me and other Customers. Very friendly and dedicated to servicing me keep up the good work they are the financial solution. 😀😀😀😀😀😀 the strong arm of the Comunity.
