Chase Bank Reaville Ave, Flemington

I am very disappointed with my experience with this local branch of Chase Bank. My experience may be very specific to this branch! Yesterday I went there to open a new account, but the person identifying herself as the Manager was not at all helpful. Instead of explaining what kind of services the Bank could offer, she almost pushed me out of the brunch. The Bank was not busy at all ; in fact, I was the only customer at that moment.

WILL NOT STOP CALLING. I have repeatedly asked this branch to stop calling me with their telemaketing calls at least 10 times. They will not stop. This last time it was Pamela who called. I have also talked to Steven. There never is a a manager there. They call work, home, and cell numbers. If I don't answer 1 they call the next number. Obviously, this branch manager makes them call because I haven't lived in NJ in 8 years, and my local Texas branches don't do this. Please fire the branch manager and get someone who respects customer wishes. Everytime I ask for a manager and the manager is always gone.

Pretty disappointed.. I stop in and make a lot of deposits for the company I work for.. today I was asked by the branch manager to stop coming in person and use the night drop instead because it takes too much time. I like to do it in person so I can get the reciepts so i can file it all at once and I know it’s correct. Will be going to a different branch that can be more accommodating going forward.

Both of my bank accounts were compromised. Had over $50k in my accounts. No one cared. No one took any responsibility. Don’t bother using opening a chase account. Your just another number to these gangsters.

I went to this bank yesterday to deposit cash into my daughter's checking account. They would not allow me to deposit cash (I had the slip filled out with her accnt#) because I don't have an account there. I have never heard of a bank that would not accept cash! Really dumb!! My daughter is switching banks.

Didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes in line. Pretty friendly as well

Friendly staff, knows everyone by name somehow. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
