Chase Bank Lyon Center Dr, New Hudson

I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone on the phone to help me with some questions. I have called multiple times and the phone menu takes you in circles and then hangs up, it won't put me through to actually speak to anyone.

The branch manager Katie Laurie has helped me so much for almost two weeks to resolve an issue of wire transfer with an incorrect account#. She spent so many hours on the phone to talk with different people not only from Chase but also from my another bank and so friendly kept me updated every day. With her kindly big help, I got my issue straighten out. I really appreciate her help so much!

Last week, I had to go in and talk to someone about my account. Laura C. (Officer)was very helpful. I enjoyed talking to her and she explained things very well. I will come back to this branch again. I've only been in there twice.

The best bank I have ever dealt with. All Chase banks are great for me. I have a business LLC , a personal and and a savings account with them for the past 6 years. The employees are courteous and friendly. They are efficient and get any thing done quickly.

Stood in line and when it was finally my turn they made me sit and wait so they could take care of the people in the drive thru! Clowns work there. Ridiculous!

Disgraceful branch manager “Katie Laurie”. Refused cashing a check DRAWN on another Chase account WITH verification of funds. Teller “Hillary Phillips” absolutely no help at all.

Every time my husband and I come to this bank to cash his check there seems to be an issue if we do not get Laura as our teller. She is the ONLY one that works with us. I do not understand how every time we go, there is an issue cashing his check unless it’s with Laura. I’m sick of the inconsistency we receive from this branch.

I don't know I've only been in there a few times but I have to be honest I'm not a big fan of bangs but this bank was all right and we're pulling and cash my check fairly quickly I'll have to see though because I'll be going in a lot more

When I go in to deposit a check they are always really friendly and polite. They offered me a seat in one of the little side offices, offered me a drink, and just chatted with me while making the deposit.

Two convenient drive up ATMs + helpful service inside!
