Chase Bank Main St, Islip

Had an absolutely wonderful experience opening up a Chase Business account with Danielle L. - cannot recommend her enough, have had over 10 years of experience working with retail banks myself and seeing family members in their careers in banking and Danielle is one of the best I've come across.

Went to open an account for my 16 year old daughter. It was meant to be a special moment for both of us and it WAS. Danielle helped us and was amazing. They happened to go to same high school so had much to discuss and my daughter had a great experience! Thank you Danielle and thank you Chase. Been a customer 30 years now and now my offspring is a customer!

A GREEDY bank that charges a $8.00 fee 2 cash a check if u don't have an account with them.. Totally bs N ridiculous charging anything when all I'm doing is getting the money from the persons account that gave it 2 me.. Definitely will never open an account with them that's 4 sure.. Capitol one, Bnb N plenty of other banks that are courteous N don't charge a greedy fee Smfh

Chase has done a huge disservice to many of it's smaller business customers with a terrible implementation of the Pay Check Protection program. After days of delays in getting their online application process up and running, they almost insured that the applications wouldn't be processed, before the program ran out of money. Its also quite obvious that they favored their larger customers because of the higher commissions that they were going to receive for writing larger loans. Shame on them for letting us loyal customers down.

Tellers are super nice and helpful. The reason for one star review is that the front of the building is an eyesore in our beautiful town. Weeds, garbage, water/ beer bottles are thrown in the bushes there for WEEKS untouched. I tried to contact the manager but he was "out". A young polite clerk said he would get back to me after I asked who is responsible for property maintenance. He called me back immediately and told me they were scheduled for a clean up the next day. Two weeks later the building grounds are still a mess. Its quite a small piece of property.... get some of your employees out there and take pride in your store. Only reason I stay with this Chase is convenience of walking to town. Regretfully, Ted McManus (customer since 1999)

Peter Coppinger, Frank, and Dennis are AWESOME branch representatives. They truly helped me out when I needed to get my account sorted out a while ago and their customer service is awesome. I love coming to this branch since they are very knowledgeable. 👍

By far the best chase bank i have ever been to , in regards to the customer service , the hard work and dedication . I appreciate this business . Thank you !

This branch is always so clean and well organized. I watched someone walk in, sit down for 1 minute and be helped immediately. Excellent Customer Service.
