Perpetually understaffed, even way before Covid. Always takes an hour wait for a banker to make a wire transfer.

I just moved to the neighborhood and was excited to give this branch my business since I have had great service at other Chase banks. Yesterday my husband and I showed up at 4:30 pm to open a joint checking account. The gentleman in front of us was being treated poorly by a banker and left frustrated but we still decided to try our luck. The banker then told us that we couldn't open an account that day because they close in 30 minutes and it takes 30 to 40 to open an account. We left pretty annoyed and decided to go a little earlier today. About 10 minutes ago we were greeted and told we don't have time to open an account because it takes about an hour. Another woman told us that we can write our number and wait in our car. Luckily we had the foresight to ask if we would be served today and she said even after waiting for 45 minutes we might not be able to open the account. My husband and I both have multiple accounts each with Chase but I guess they don't want any more of our business. This is very disappointing and I would suggest that Chase corporate immediately sends someone to look into this before they lose another 2 customers. Needless to say we will be taking our business to another bank and are seriously considering pulling our money out of Chase altogether.

Rene. "branch manager." Not a nice person. His reasoning for turning us away today during business hours on a Monday was, "There's another appointment coming in now, and we're closing soon." He might be a decent person but at work he's emotionally and professionally tone deaf.

Jeff Simon is the most unprofessional banker I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. We had a scheduled appointment to transfer accounts from another bank. He was combative and dismissive from the initial greeting. The meeting didn’t last long due to his REFUSAL to help us. Rolling his eyes, acting disturbed and annoyed when questions were asked- I had enough and my husband and I left. Plenty of banks out there. From the reviews it looks like this branch has a theme of poor customer service. Get people in there that actually want to do their jobs. Wasted time off from work for both my husband and I. Guarantee you Jeff couldn’t care less. Find a bank that actually values you- it’s not here!!

I opened a business bank account here today. Jeff assisted me. Great guy, very personable. The process was quick. Everyone involved was incredibly friendly. I was very happy with the whole process.

Find another Bank. We deposited a check from a non Chase bank on a Saturday. We tried to use the money the next Friday and Chase had not released it. We looked at the check and the other bank had transferred the funds on Tuesday. We told them this and we had to travel to the branch to show them the transfer information before they would release our funds. I think Chase just wanted to keep our money in their clearing account. There is no other reason. These funds transfer inter-bank nightly and they must know that the funds are there, they just keep it for a few days. We are now shopping for another bank.

The only flaw about this specific location is that the outside drive-thru ATM regularly goes out of service for depositing money (both checks and physical money), and withdrawals sometimes only give $20 bills. During this, you have two options. Park, go inside and use the ATM or go to one of the tellers to deposit your money. Or drive East to road US-1, maybe a good 4 or 5 miles away to use a different Chase location.

Had a good experience @ this bank today. Banker was very helpful to a senior client. No waiting at all...

Very rude and unprofessional supervisor. I am changing banks due to this women single handedly. She refused to let me pull money out because my license had my married last name and I card had my previous name. Than I bring my old ID and my new ID showing my photo with both names n than matching name on the debit card and I had to 30 minutes to see for her to be extremely rude n unhelpful.

203/5000 The officer and their manager are formidable. They do not make you wait and try to understand the reason why you go to the bank, finding a quick solution to your problem. Much respect and desire to help.
