Tareq one of the associates is the most racist person I’ve ever encountered and the manager is no different! It’s rather unfortunate because I’ve never had such issues with any Chase branch except for this. What a shame!

Never felt so discriminated in my life as a foreign immigrant trying to open a business account here. This is unfair and no one has to go through this. Relationships are built on trust, transparency and disclosure. I pray no one goes through what I have been through.

It's a good Bank there's lots of them around but this Branch I've been with them probably 5 maybe 7 years now along with other members of the family!!

Be careful !!! Count your money before you leave.. they like to take your money.. becareful with some tellers...they just put the money in a envelope and they gave it to you without counting in front of you.. Chase should monitor their workers and look the cameras to see if the tellers are stealing money from clients . Glen Oaks Chase Branch ..

I've never walked out a Branch more disappointed banker wasn't knowledgeable and the teller Crystal was super Rude with a nasty attitude. You'd think a small Branch would be more imtimate but it was quite the opposite unfortunately.

Chase bank in Glen Oaks has one of the best staff. Pleasant experience and helpful professionals.
