Chase Bank Palm Dr, Desert Hot Springs

The manager kept telling Zolia to “handle it” to do what she can at the end the representative Zolia E. lost her cool and decided to snap at me for standing my ground insisting I get help. She was upset she “wasted” 1 hour on me. I spent 14 hours total in 3 days dealing with Chase bank Zolia sorry you’re taking it too personal. The Manager Kathy was kind despite the already tense environment caused by Zolia on a mini rampage. Hope she has a better afternoon. As for Chase we are done with Chase and their fraudulent practices.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Took a family member to open a bank account. She was told there was no one available to assist. There were two tellers visible and no other clients in the bank. One teller said you can make an appointment, but we don't have any appointments for the upcoming week She couldn't say when there would be someone available. She couldnt provide any further information.

The place is runned down. The staff is unprofessional, and totally inept, would not recommend chase bank!

Always urine pooled at the bottom of the ATM in the morning and today the drive-up ATM was covered in spit and mucus!!!! They clearly don't care about public health and don't answer the phone so you can bring it to their attention!!!

This location is by far the worst, ever. Staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, and have zero sense of urgency. I mean, this is DHS but good service should be a requirement at any bank location. I have never experienced such a horrible experience at a bank. I will literally go out of my way to go into another location.

They're always busy it seems & handle it well. I was new in area & they were really helpful for my transition.

Friendly staff memebers. Always have taken care of my needs and provides their best customer service. I'm grateful for Chase and the bankers at this location.

If you want your money on time don't bank here. The incompetence is astounding. The lack of care is hurtful. They don't care that the money they handle is someone's livelihood. They just shrug without a care.

I just inquired about the Chase bank in Desert Hot Springs. Mike was very knowledgeable, with a great personality, made me feel the Chase Bank was the one to belong

Security lady at the front door is complete waste of space.
