Only one person working who was on the phone. They took away the kiosks/teller desks so you just kind of stand there randomly if you need something. Waited 10 minutes to talk to someone only to be told they dont have quarters (which I need for laundry machines). I've never heard of a bank not having change. They replaced customer service for more atm machines inside. Useless location.

Bad customer service . All the employees doesn’t know what they are doing.

What I like about Chase as a financial institution is: 1. They provide free business and personal checking account to veterans and those on active duty. I know because I have both. 2. You can download two years of checking or savings transactions for free into QuickBooks, Quicken, and Excel. Something that my Capital Hill and First Hill (Pill Hill) clients who I set up, review, and train in those accounting and bookkeeping software programs appreciate. 3. They offer a variety of credit cards for everyone. I like earning 5% cash back in different categories each quarter like gas, groceries, Amazon, and wholesale clubs on my Chase Freedom card. 4. Unlike other banks, they are usually open real hours of 9-6 M-F and 10-2 on Saturday. 5. Their website is always working. 6. Zelle payment is easy to send and receive money with. Better than PayPalless. The only downside is that credit cards can be downloaded in both programs and Excel for three statements plus the current transactions or 120 days. American Express for example can go back as far as 15-18 months. If you are one of my clients that wants to start a file in the middle of the year, that doesn’t work. They need to let folks download credit cards for the same amount of time as the banking side.

Unfortunately, as I work three blocks away, this is the most convenient Chase branch. Unfortunately the service I've received here over the years (coming in at least once a month) has been incredibly subpar. Transactions that can be done with a teller at another branch have to be performed by an actual banker here, because the tellers are always brand new and are untrained. Then, the bankers take forever to complete your transactions. If you need to make a transfer to another Chase account, something that can be done in 5 minutes with a teller at the Chase downtown, expect to be sitting with a banker for at least 15 - 20 mins. Today was the last straw - I showed up at 9:00am, when the bank opens, and the teller was so inexperienced, he was telling people that their "system was down" and asking them to go to the Chase branch on Capitol Hill. Well, the system was NOT down - I know because I walked in behind the only competent employee working there. When we were walking in, he asked her to make a money order, and she said she didn't start until 10:30am. Well, surprise surprise, the "system is down" until 10:30am. Why do they have a teller who doesn't know what he's doing working by himself for an hour and a half. Save yourself a headache and pass on this mess of a branch.

A great bank with a really friendly staff. Their Banker "Mary" helped me to open my checking and saving accounts and taught me how to take care of them online. Thank you Chase bank! Thank you Mary!

The only reason I'm NOT giving this a one-star rating is because the employee who helped me open my account remembered me two months later, which was impressive. But all other impressions about this bank and this branch were negative ones.

Very poor customer service. I called numerous times to make an appointment and even received a confirmation, but when I show up they don’t seem to have any record of it. I even show them my email confirmation and they decide they can’t help. Such poor service
E
Terrible service, manager doesn’t seem sure how to run operations there. Only other employee there (for some reason there actually was only one other employee there at 4 on a weekday) was incredibly unhelpful and incompetent.
J
Fancy building and looked nice but didn't have the type of account I was looking for, hence the middle of the road rating.

7/29/20 bank is closed due to Covid and the outside ATM is busted up pretty badly!
