Always take care of all my banking needs. Just went in to get a cashier's check and they took care of me very quickly. Last summer I had my debit card stolen and it was all resolved very fast. It's nice to have confidence knowing that my money is protected. All the staff that works at Chase is very friendly. The staff will always greet me almost the instant I walk through the door. "Welcome to Chase" always makes me feel better.

St Joseph branch is much much better! I went here to change my last name on my account and had my changed driver's license and social security card and was told I needed court documents as well(which I knew was inaccurate). So I went to st joseph and they told me I definitely did NOT need court documents and got it changed for me right away.

If you want your checks sucked into the atm and never see the funds again, bank here! Also if your into dealing with claims for months and getting no where, bank here. They told us our checks “disappeared.” So long story short we no longer bank with Chase and will never ever recommend them to our friends/ family.

Little slow today, 11 minute wait on just my cash deposit???

They helped me cash a bunch of savings bonds after I went to 4 different banks and I don’t even bank with Chase. They were very patient and helpful! Life savers!

Ive been banking with chase since old national bank bought bank of america. It did not only fit my needs it replaced bank of america in every single way. Thanks chase.

Horrible first time experience. They didn't even recognize me when I walked in. I asked if I could open an account and they said the person went.
