Chase Bank S Bell Rd, Homer Glen

I come in to try to open an account and the banker did not want to help me, I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m black. She had no one in line and told me she was busy but as soon as a white lady got behind me she took the lady behind me before helping me. I never got helped I just left. The teller named Laura was extremely nice though. I guess Black people have to go to chase banks in black communities to get help. Very disappointing.

I've been having nothing but problems with Chase Banking for the past few months but the manager at this branch is the most helpful and sincere man I have yet to encounter at any banking facility. He will do everything he possibly can to help solve your problems

Bad customer service. Better do not waste your time coming here

They are always talking with each other. Just didn't feel like I was wanted until I said I wanted to open a checking account
