Chase Bank CA, Indio

Every visit to Chase Bank is a pleasure I have banked at a couple of their competitors and there is no comparison in the way you are treated. The employees at Chase bank Indio are complete professionals.

Went to the Jackson location. Was the worst experience with a bank. The manager Danny was the worst 1 of them all. Had to come to the 111 location. They actually have customer service.

I was in & out in approximately 15 minutes to open a new checking account. Teller was very polite and pleasant. Covid precautions were being applied with customers and by employees.

I enjoy chase Bank they always take care of my financial needs and services. Whether it's depositing coins or changing accounts that best suit me they always deliver fast and efficiently and with a nice attitude from the tellers to the personal bankers. Also I use their online banking much more since it's way more efficient for me I can literally do almost everything on there now. I would recommend to others and I definitely will continue to stay as a customer.

I love the service here. They're always very helpful and assist me with everything I need! The lady manager is such a sweetheart 🤗 This is the only branch that actually helps and gets everything done!

The staff at this location are all accomplished professionals. Even during this phase of social distancing they provide rapid, high-quality service.

I'd give this bank no stars ... came into the bank to cash a check a customer gave me for work I done because am bold and gote they made me feel as if tho I stole the check they would not cash it until my customer came in with me ... recomend not to use this bank

Slow to handle customers. Most of the free tellers were taking personnel calls. I was first in line to be helped, and I was waiting for an hour just for print out of monthly statements.

GREAT QUICK AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. FROM DAY ONE OF ENTERNG BANK TO CASH A CHECK, I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE CALM & RELAXING FEELING I FELT. I MADE A CHANGE OF BANKS THAT DAY! THANK YOU CHASE !

Horrible service, bare minimum customer assistance, dont seem to have more than one personal banker to assist, tellers seem to always be having a bad day with their long faces and their wait times are too long.
