Great staff, Alex Rosales was extremely helpful and made me feel like my business was important to him. I wish there was more people like him working for Chase

Drove 2 hrs after working all day to add a person to my account and was turned down because 35 mins wasn’t long enough to add someone. Apparently you have to have an appointment. They said it would take 45 mins to add someone so they didn’t have time today.

After driving over a 150 miles im told that i have to make an appointment with a 1.5 hour wait...I always had a very high opinion of chase ...thats not the case anymore...I told the manager that i had a substantial check that i wanted to open up the account with; never heard of a bank turning down money. I'll be opening my account somewhere else.

chase customer service is way under par... constant extended waits when you have to call. when you have to dispute an error you are routed to call centers on the other side of the world. they cannot resolve anything at the branch level you are referred to call customer care... they don't even rate a one star... they don't care about customer service

Horrible customer service. They won’t open account for you unless you close your primary bank account and the guy is very intrusive. Wants to know every little thing you’ll be using it for. I get that they’ll need your personal info but to be verbally harassed is crazy. Like save your time and open one online or even better go to D.L. Evans where they are more than happy to help you and don’t give off pervy vibes.

Was standing at counter cashing a money order. There was the manager in the corner desk talking a bit loud. He was telling this foreign lady that her account was negative. Then he rudely told her he would not lend her money or credit because of her account being negative. It was totally unprofessional. I wish I could of helped that lady.

With 17 years of banking experience, I understand the importance of giving good customer service. I have never worked with a branch bank less interested in giving good customer service than this one! Alex R. is the only person who seems to care. He's always friendly and helpful! I walked in at opening one morning with a large deposit, hoping to talk to someone about CD's, etc. The manager was just sitting at his desk. I spoke to him to let him know I was there and all he did was grunt at me. After waiting a little while I decided to approach his desk to see if he would help me and he made it perfectly clear that he was annoyed by my presence. Needless to say, all I accomplished was depositing the check. Yesterday afternoon I tried for 40 minutes to get someone there to answer the phone so I could get information about a transfer but no-one ever answered! REALLY LOUSY SERVICE!!

I have had my banking account in with this bank for over 20 years. Yesterday when I went in, there was no customers other than myself. The man that helped me kept trying to tell me I need to just use the ATM. I usually do but there was other things I wanted to do and I had to come in the store anyway, after that he also told me I could just use my telephone to deposit a check or I could just have one check in particular automatically deposited to my account even though it's coming from a personal person. Even though I try to be very nice I ended up being angry and then all of sudden he got nice, at that point it was too late. I'm still on the verge of taking this account and closing it, as I have two other banking accounts in other banks in Twin Falls. I'm not for sure what his name was, something like Darren or Darvin he was a sandy-haired man, probably in his 50s, I've seen him in there many times. It just irritates me that as I told him I thought that his job was to put a smile on the customer's face instead of trying to get rid of customers. When I entered he and another young lady was at the counter ,shew counting money and working he was just standing and talking, I've been a manager most every place I have ever worked, operations manager was my last position before I retired. I would have never allowed such treatment of a customer. I'm still right on the verge of closing both of my accounts with this bank.

Okay, first of all. I have been banking with Chase for almost 10 years. Last year we went in for a Home Loan to buy a house. The Loan Officer never called us back and never got anything finished towards the loan. So thinking it was maybe just an accident, last week we went in for a Car Loan. It took them 6 days to contact us, AFTER THE LOAN WAS APPROVED. For having a Savings/Checking account we saved a .25% on our interest. Our interest rate was 5.25%. After waiting a few days we had to call Chase and still never received a call back. Than Chase calls us back after the 6 days and they are still not ready to move forward with the loan and they raised our interest to 7.25%. So in the meantime while waiting for Chase for the second time. I called another Credit Union and they had us approved and ready to finalize by the next morning. Another note, the interest rate the Credit Union gave us was 2.99%. So I will be closing all my accounts at Chase and going to a different bank that will actually do their job. So unless you feel like waiting, paying more, and getting the run around. I would stay as far away from Chase as you can.
