Typically, I do all my banking online but went in for a little trouble I had concerning a dispute I made on one of my accounts. Eric was very courteous and understanding when I explained the situation before directing me to Liz for further assistance. Liz went above and beyond to help make sure a dispute(that I started in December) would be on the proper path to resolution immediately. She was with me on the phone with the other Chase dispute specialist, ensured all my paperwork and evidence I provided from my phone printed properly, & gave me the correct direct number to follow up with later. 10/10 would go Freedom Unlimited again.

I've spoken with a bank officer twice at this location, which makes me feel I have enough experience to post a review. There has been nothing that makes me feel special about this place, meaning it went fine, so I'd give 4-star. One thing, however, is that at one of the officer's cubicle the computer monitor is installed in an angle such that people who just walked in to the building can see (or even worse, take a picture of what's on the monitor if s/he's viciously minded). I brought this up to the officer, who was well aware of the issue, but so far it's not fixed and it can be critical. With that I minus 1 star.

Typically has 1 teller and the drive through is never open! I inquired when I 1st came here to do work related business and they told me it was because they are short staffed. Now 1 1/2 years later they give the same excuse. Both of my personal banks are well staffed. I’m beginning to believe they just don’t want to hire to keep overhead down . The worst IMO

Waited a week for an appointment to open up 2 accounts. Appointment was at 2:30. Waited 1/2 an hour for bank manager who was supposedly at "lunch" at the time of my appointment. Went back up to teller at 3:05 and she says shes trying to get a hold of her. I walked out. I understand employee shortages due to COVID and that banks are changing how they do business. What I won't tolerate is my time being wasted and disrespected by Chase bank and their employees.

Not very nice. They now sit behind a plastic wall and require masks for all those interested in knowing about their covid precautions. Also drive through always takes forever and they usually don't answer the phone.

The ATM is not working, there are never any drive thru tellers and this branch never ever answers the telephone. Just your typical criminal banking, Definitely not convenient banking at all!!

Went to the bank to do some “banking” and I was told there was no teller (associate banker) to help me!! How can you go to a bank that you do business with and not have a BANKER there to help your customers?? But have 5 people walking around saying “welcome to chase, sorry we can help you right now!!” 🤦♂️

Half-hearted explanation was given as to why I couldn’t cash a check at a chase branch that was drawn on a chase account. I’m not a chase customer, however by the lack of action and customer activity in this branch, I can see why they operate the way they do. The previous reviews of this establishment speak for themselves.

Ms. Pam is very rude and unprofessional. I was shocked on the tone of her voice and customer service especially with a business account. She needs better training truly disgusted and considering closing my account. Also was denied the money I originally requested. What in the world is going on here. I would of never received this kind of treatment if my last name was Patel or Lee!!!!! She does not deserve to work with the general public. This would of never happened at Navy Federal Credit Union!!!!

If you need to open a business account do not go to this branch. The branch manager and Patrick, were the worst! They made me feel like a criminal for trying to open a business account with them. They asked me 5-6 times the nature of the business. Idk how simpler I could have said finding carriers to deliver loads for shippers. Needless to say, they said they’d have to look into it and give me a call. I said, that’s okay and dipped. I called Navy Federal Credit Union and ended my call with a business checking account.
