Staff is rude and not the smartest…I asked for half of my check to be deposited and the other half cashed out, the teller w brownish red hair and tacky pink studded nails literally cashed out my whole check in singles?! smh While the teller on my left was being condescending to this older man who obviously needed some help… Everyone has an attitude and are not very helpful. They either need new management or a whole new team I recommend going to the one on sepulveda and Victory

Their ATM took my deposit and never credited my account. Called and spoke to Andrew, he was so useless. He said call and make a claim, I asked for the number, he said he has to check. Then he came back 5 min later and said he talked to a manager and I should call regular customer service and ask them to transfer me to claims dept. you can’t even find a phone number? Why do you work there then?

I worked with Nari, good service opening a business account. This Chase is waaaaaay better than the branch on Sylvan. It's cleaner and they have much quicker service. It's like night and day.

Very unprofessional, wait for an hour to talk to a banker because I thought I may have been hacked and I had them place a hold on my account. Went to the the bank the next day and they told me that no hold was ever placed on my account so I didn’t need to have any hold removed and that I could use my account when ever I needed to. Later that night I got a tip on a stock so I tried to transfer some money ($10,000) to my online brokerage and the transfer was refused stating I had a hold on my account. Unbelievable, I would do better to keep my money under my mattress.

This place has not had functional ATM's for a week now. A bank that can't do any banking functions is useless.

Horrible customer service, I was trying to open a new account with Chase at this branch so i set up an appointment at 330pm with Irena to discuss. I waited for 1 hour and a half with my 7mo old just for her to tell me it was 5pm and if i wanted to come back the next day. I told her that i had been waiting this whole time so i want to be helped now. She was not happy about that and was very rude when I started to ask her questions about opening an account. I ended up leaving with nothing done. No account opened and none of my questions answered. Im not even a customer at this bank and thats how they provide customer service! Dont waste your time at this branch go to one where they actually value your time.

Branch manager named MATINYAN YEVA E. is not a very friendly person, very condescending, rude and unprofessional. Was not wearing any form of name tag and denied me her business car and failed to properly identify her self as a branch manager and or an employee. Verified my identity, and yet decline to help me hace acces to my money. Not a friendly branch for people like me!... viva la Raza!...

Always a long line. The business banker Irina (or however you spell her name) is always so slow. Didn't know what she was doing last time I met with her (took over 2 hours to take 2 ppl off an account and add 3 more). I wish my organization didn't bank here. Wells Fargo seems way more efficient for business banking needs.

None of the ATMs were working and neither were the bank employees (apart from the tellers) went around 4:30 and it was almost completely empty but I still had to wait for a while, and on top of that I couldn't change my address because only the tellers were working. I have very few good experiences with Chase but this one was particularly bad.

When I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed help with before being directed to the waiting area. I was invited to have a coffee or water from the buffet. While I was sitting there, Irina acknowledged me and gave me an indication of the wait time on two occasions. When she finished with the person she was helping, she skillfully assisted me. I had read the negative reviews before my visit, so I was paying particular attention to the service when I went in. It was EXCELLENT!
