Chase Bank E Bell Rd, Scottsdale

Terrible branch. I have several Private Client accounts at Chase. While cleaning out my fathers home after his passing, came across large amounts of loose change. Went into this branch to try and deposit. Waited to speak with the Private Client banker for help. There was a woman acting as gate keeper for the banker and when I explained why I was there and the circumstances she could not have been more rude. I didn’t even finish my explanation before she told me to go get in line for the tellers. When I explained that it was loose she said that they couldn’t take it unless it was rolled. No apology, no kindness, no sympathy. Then she simply looked at me until I turned around and left, practically in tears. Meanwhile, the banker in his office sat there and watched the whole thing. It’s hard enough going through difficult circumstances without rudeness on top of it. I called my other bank (US Bank) and they told me to bring it in that they would send it to their vault for counting and deposit free of charge.

Extremely disappointed on how I've been treated by Chase Bank employees lately. I've called and get the run around. They want your business and once they have it, they are of no help. I need to make a withdrawal and it feels like I am not entitled to the money in my account. Once I'm able to withdraw I will be closing all my accounts with them. Just go somewhere else, it's not worth the hassle.

It's worth the drive to go to ANY other branch. Tellers are ok, but all other employees ignore customers, and when they finally acknowledge you, they tell you there's no one available to help you. Despite there being 4 people wandering around in that area. I'll take a longer drive over rude people any day!

Went for notary and they said they can’t do for color copies cuz they are not privileged to do color copies. But Regular yes. okay understand. Then I gave plain black and white copy for other form then they said still they can’t do. My colleague got here before week. You don’t need me and I don’t need you. I opened branch there 4 years back and decided to do close chase account.

Mina Caldwell is a great relationship banker. I see her go extra miles to achieve customer satisfaction. My recent and first visit to chase (this branch) was quite well and Mina not only answered all my questions but also suggested the best possible way to do the banking with chase that benefited me. And I do believe that the staff at this branch is as good as Mina. Note: Never judge people/business based on other's reviews/opinions, go and experience yourself.

This is not my local branch, but I was in need of a notary ASAP and so I went in for that quick service. To say that Simona Toma was rude to me would be an understatement. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or was not pleased to assist me with my request, but I will never go to this branch again. Terrible customer service. I know Chase can do much better.

I actually bank here and I’ve sat in the lobby for 15 minutes watching the personal relationship bankers back in their office laughing and have a little powwow while I sit in the lobby waiting wasting my valuable time trying to open a third business account. Come on guys… The reason you have a job is because of business owners like me so wake up and smell the coffee I’ll go to Wells Fargo now

Excellent customer service. The staff's always friendly here and are quick to assist when you need help. I had a problem with one of my renters check that bounced resulting in a domino effect to my current debit charges and auto pays from my account. The lady that assisted me, was very kind and understanding, and as she listened attentively to me, she removed all the fees associated with NSF without me having to ask for their help with this. This is my local branch by my home and my favorite branch because of the friendly staff! Keep doing what you're doing Chase! Customer experience is "key" nowadays inorder to retain and increase your customers.

They do not answer phones at this branch. And for us high net worth folks, bad news! At this branch the personal bankers are not knowledgeable, and don’t care to help much past normal work requirements. Even worse the businesses banker Michael Rauch is rude and rarely returns phone calls in a timely fashion. One positive is that it’s a very nice looking building if you don’t value service.

They charged 8 dollars to cash check from one of their business customers. Why should I have to pay to cash a check from a business that pays fees every month. For me it’s the principal of the matter. I will never bank at chase ever!
