Jorge was super helpful! I needed assistance with old account info and my sister wanted to open an account with chase but everything was super fast and easy. Definitely will be going back if I ever need help with anything :)

The staff there are always so friendly. Everytime I go to this location they make the effort to promptly greet me and they always remember my name. I go to this location for both business and personal transactions. Everyone that works the counters there are great and always make you feel welcome, and that you feel you've accomplished everything you came to do. If you are in the area or you don't mind a drive they'll take care of you there. (also) Went right on through the 24 hour drive thru atm no issues, quick and easy access)

The manager was super helpful during our visit. He was very respectful. Clean bank and friendly greeter as well. The tellers are fast and helpful.

chase got some good architecture. ATMs were fast and plenty of parking with shade. I've only used the outside ATMs, but so far good experience with them.

The manager treated my mother with disrespect by not hearing her out , ignoring her , rushing her, and not properly explain the the process needed to access an account. She won’t be coming back to this branch. And this will be escalated to the complaints department.

Convienent, great location and handy drive thru ATM I use several times a week!!! The staff inside is FANTASTIC!!! I considered getting my home loan here but they had no loan officer at this location. Bummer.

This is the worst chase in town. I work nearby so I *try* to go here pretty often. I'm a busy person, I want to do everything by ATM. 90% of the time their atm does not work, it's off, it can't accept deposits. The person who fills up the atm chooses the absolute worst time to do it, always around lunchtime, when most people would actually want to use their atm. The people inside are nice and have helped me out a few times, but if you're looking to use this chase atm, look elsewhere because you'll usually have a bad time.

I walked in no one in the bank, Mr Charley Campbell came to me asked what I need, I said I want to create chase app, he said today we r very busy, I said I need to pay some one in new york regarding a container release, he said let me see what I can do, came back and said he can fit me in Monday, I looked around and I didn't found no one in the bank waiting, three chase officers on their desk only one of them busy, and other five nicely dressed chase workers sitting free, my only regrets that I have to business accounts in this bank.

Opened new account at this branch. The people were very friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Sara Beard who was excellent! Great customer service.

HAVE NOT BEEN IN THIS BANK FOR AWHILE, NOW I KNOW WHY, WHENT TO CASH A CHECK , MY WIFE HAS A ACCOUNT WANTED TO CHARGE ME 8 DOLLARS PER CHECK, THE TELLER COUNTER HAS ROOM FOR 8 TELLERS ONLY 1 NOW AND 2 ROBOTS TELLERS AND A WALL OF PLASTIC, I FEEL LIKE I WAS IN PRISON, TOOK MY MONEY OUT WENT TO VANTAGE WEST, THEY DO NOT HAVE ROBOT TELLS AND A REAL PERSON GREATS YOU, THAT WHAT I LIKE.
