We have banked with Chase for about 20 years. We have spent the past 5 months going back and forth with them in regards to a fraud charge from a travel company. Although we provided ample documentation Chase took money out of our account and gave it back to the company that committed the fraud, as the travel company kept our money and canceled our reservation. We have filed several claims with no help. We can rarely get a live person on the phone that doesn't end up hanging up on us. We are now in the process of filing additional reports and changing banks. It saddens me that Chase would allow this kind of fraud to happen and continue to happen to one of their loyal members. I would not recommend ever using Chase for your banking needs!

I was trying to get a cash advance using the ATM, however, a message said there was a technical problem and try again later. However I went inside the bank and was helped by a Jennifer. She was the ONLY TELLER open on the inside. She was so kind and very helpful. I will not go into great detail, but truly she was one of the best Tellers I have ever had at ANY bank I have used in the 76 years I have been on this earth!!! Truly I believe this young woman deserves a big pay increase!! Because if she helps others as much as she helped me, then she certainly deserves either a Management job or definitely a higher paying job. She is a real asset to Chase Bank!!!

Of all Chase Bank locations all over Indiana, my Chase Bank @Plainfield is the best. Always meeting, receiving and experiencing every moment there beyond my expectations. Kudos and thanks to all the #TeamChaseBankPlainfieldIN

Horrible service. Bankers don’t care about customer services. They are very rude. I ended closing my safe deposit box because I didn’t want to have to wait 45 min to have someone giving me access to my items . I opened on chase Avon. And what a great service down there.

I can't say enough about how helpful the bankers are at this branch! I worked with Dennis, James and Derek to come up with a plan as I near retirement. All three were fantastic to work with...so friendly, patient and accessible. They presented me with many options and offered great advise. I am so happy that I decided to seek out their expertise!

Really really bad. Spoke with Jeremy on the phone, explained what I needed on the phone (transaction report showing only deposits), he made me come into town to get it. I live 30 minutes away. Waste of an hour. Went into branch. They offered not more help than I could get online. Such a waste, such a bad example of customer service. I wrote this review immediately because at least I was important to me

My daughter and I recently moved to Plainfield and chose Chase Bank to be our Bank. Initially the personnel were very professional and friendly. Beverly even contacted my daughter numerous time (to the point of annoying) after initial set up to see if there was anything she needed. Last month I went in and had a document notarized with no problem by another banker, and greatly appreciated the help. Yesterday my daughter made an appointment to have her condo sale documents notarized and upon arrival for the appointment Beverly told her she does not notarize those types of documents. When calling for the appointment she said what the documents were. She wasted time trying to get the documents signed and sent back to Florida for Friday's closing. A Notary Public simply acknowledges that a person is who he/she says he/she is signing any documents. I was a Notary in New York AND Florida for 30 years!!! The Bank has tons of identity info on my daughter and she could provide picture ID but was rudely refused customer service. This is unacceptable customer service. She was willing to pay for the service, but the Bank SHOULD provide it for free. On her way out Beverly asked where the net proceeds would be sent (lol). Chase Bank would be wired the proceeds.... and she smiled and said "Oh good." From that we deduce - send the money but we can't help you get it by simply notarizing the vital documents!!! Very disappointed Chase Bank! Does this make any sense? When did a Bank become so UN-customer-oriented? Unfortunately, we will both be looking at other banks who provide real customer service - especially BEFORE MY property sale in Florida closes !!!

Went to setup a business account. A lady who is a small business specialist named Beverly asks if we need help after waiting twenty minutes. We say we need to setup a small business account and she says oh okay, have a seat and someone else will help you. She basically didn’t want to deal with it, so we are taking our business elsewhere.

Horrible service... do not visit this branch. The agents were not knowledgeable, and never provide useful information. Each agent has his/her own rule to decide if your documents are valid, even the document from US government can be invalid... We just move to Indy and we did not see BOA here, so my wife went there to set up a new account for direct deposit. The company covered all my rent, bills, so we do not have any bills currently. I had good experience before in other branch, however, the story is different here. 1st day, my wife went there. Agent checked all documents, and asked for 25 dollar, but my wife only had 20 dollar. My wife drive home to pick up some cash and back. Then this agent told her the driver license is not Indiana license, so need passport or other document. Time was not enough for her to back and forth, then she decided to visit this branch next day. 2nd day, my wife went there with all documents, $100 cash. The new agent asked for lease or bill. As I opened account before, I explained we did not have bill due as my company covered every single bill for me. My only bill is a T-mobile no contract $100 for two and it is under my name. Thus my wife will not be able to use it. My wife went back home again, and bring the AMEX bill, Discover bill, and USCIS document to this address * (what is USCIS? please refer to uscis.gov. ) and again, the Chase agent insist the credit cards' statements cannot prove anything. lol, Social Security Office, BMV can accept these, why Chase is unique? I was planning to close this account due to my wife's bad experience, however I need to stay in Chase for 6 month or 1 year until I can cancel it. I will switch all my direct deposit back to BOA, and going to open PNC accounts later. Very bad experience, 2 days, 4 visits, no account open. Please do not visit this branch, try the one in Avon, or other branch. Regards

It's not very often I leave ANY business completely blown away by the level of service I received. Twice now I have gone to this branch and have had the absolute pleasure of working with Ambra. She is AMAZING. I highly suggest asking for her if you use this branch.
