Chase banks ATM's rip people off. I tried to withdraw my money at this branch at the Atm in the middle at approximately 1:30 am and count on this money i get from ssi.I requested $400.I requested 20-$5s/10s-$20 and 1-$100 dollar bills and got nothing in return no receipt and no money came out.Then when i went back the next morning the refused to help me,and said there was nothing they could do.New york is really a nice place but i could do without you new machines and very poor customer service!!!!

Good customer service and short waiting time for teller service. Sometimes panhandlers will solicit you when you are leaving.

I love this bench, I have a Chase close by. But I prefer to go to this one because here all the representatives are friendly and there are also representatives who speak Spanish And they solve any doubt. They are very friendly, respectful, the place always looks clean and there is a lot of caution with clients with this Covi 19 I love it 🥰 if there were more stars I would give it more I recommend it 10000 percent 😍🥰🥰🥰
