I just went over there today and the teller was helping me after I was done with her I asked her i want to talk to a banker and the time was 4:45pm and she said we are closing up everything but the actual closing time was 5pm, and she told me to come back other day. because they just closed up everything like 20 to 30 minutes earlier. even its only one minute before actual closing time they have to help customers. they should close up exactly at 5pm. they should not close earlier and have customers to come back other day. I will also call headquarter to file a complaint.

Incredible experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the service, atmosphere, wait time, policy considerations, and everything. Gabriela de Oliveira was my private client banker and she is absolutely amazing with my detail orientation and grounded personality. I cannot wait to see how my relationship with Chase Bank thrive from here! Thank you, Gabby!

Diana La very professional and experienced she helped me a lot with the login and password for my business account, by mistake I forgot to activate it at the set time, it took me only 3 minutes I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed of the service and the quality of the services provided Thank you very much for saved time!!!

I asked the lobby for a consultation with someone regarding an opening account, and the lobby walked to the 3 separated desks and all of those clerks were unable to assist me, and the lobby she came back to me and she “said they are busy and you can try to come back another time..” , I don’t recommend anybody to come here and waste time if you want any consultation go to different bank location

I would leave zero stars if google let me. The mangers at this branch is NOT helpful. They force the customer to do the due diligence that THEY CAN do on the customers behalf. She avoids direct customer interaction as well. I have closed my account with chase after 6 years.

I walked in this this Chase Bank for a couple transactions today and most of it went pretty smoothly. The service with the bankers at their office and the wait time associated while sitting in the lobby was very reasonable. Next I went to the teller to do a payment on a Chase bill, but I was informed they do not accept loose change. They require your coins to be rolled. I let them know it was a small amount and not enough to fit into a roll of coins. The teller informed me it was policy that loose change is not accepted and must be put into a roll. I was very disappointed because I was not able to make a payment as I intended. I personally don't like it when your bank won't take your money because it is too little. It's not the typical Chase service I expect. I even let the teller know that I'm able to use coins and make a payment at other Chase banks, but she said no here.

Came in to deposit a check and discuss my Apple Pay not working (not Chase’s fault, their fraud detection is on point) and Reina Su helped me solve it all in less than 5 minutes! She was friendly and explained everything so nicely that I understood without feeling patronized. I’ll be coming back here, I think it’ll be my regular branch from now on :)

Andrina was so sweet and polite when she was attending us and not only was she really friendly and helpful she was a ray of joy. The security guard was so nice and got my cousin a mask because he forgot his. This is great service and I feel like more should be like this!

This is what I experienced. Two months ago I received a letter from Chase regarding their relocation of a branch. I had a Safe Deposit Box at the closing branch (Santa Clara Valley Fair branch) at that time but I didn’t feel comfortable about moving my Safe Deposit Box. Moreover, I believe Chase broke the lease due to this relocation so what I want is to close my Safe Deposit Box and get the prorated rent refunded. So, I talk to the branch manager (Seihar Huy) two month ago, he insisted his opinions that the bank didn’t break the lease and said that customers didn’t pay any single penny of relocation. Excuse me Sir ! I do not want to relocate my Safe Box. You got kicked out by your landlord, it’s not my business. But this relocation cause me inconvenience. It’s nothing related to relocation cost. It’s not my business. I do care that this relocation will cause my inconvenience and security issues. Chase broke the lease first….but customers don’t get any compensation. What I want was to close my Safe Box and prorate the rent. However, Seihar’s attitude was bad. He didn’t listen to me. Even he never has a single thought from the customer’s viewpoints or feelings. He is not a good branch manager because he is not trying to serve his customers and solve the problems. All he think about is on his side. Two month later, I decided to close my Safe Box on August 3rd before they move. And….I met same branch manager again with same attitude. I am so disappointed about the services they provide from Chase. Chase pay $300 to acquire a new customer by opening a new checking account. However, they are stingy to their existing customers. They are unwilling to spend or invest any money to make their existing customer happy. I will close all of my Chase accounts and move to the other bank. We should boycott Chase.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask if they had safe deposit box, they said yes we have a 3x5, if you come before 3:00pm today we can give that to you. I verified that I wouldn't have to pay for it, and the lady confirmed it was complementary. So my dad and I go to that branch, first of all only one person had access to that safe deposit box, which was strange, and that lady was on lunch break. When she came back she said we don't have any 3x5 but we have 3x10 and it would be given to you at a discounted rental rate for $100. Why should I pay when there is one complimentary available with my checking account. This branch is a scam and people working there are clueless.
