I have been a Chase customer for the past 7 years. I had my tax refund sent to my current bank account. I then realized Chase deactivated my account without any warning or notifications. So I called customer service I told the woman what was happening And she said my account was deactivated due to negative funds. OK why wasn't I notified or warned? Anyway she says that my tax refund will pay off the negative balance and I would receive a check from Chase with the remainder of my refund. That didn't make any sense to me but I said OK. And waited until my refund processed. Today I saw my refund was complete so I called customer service and explained what the last woman has told me. She rudely interrupted and started laughing at me saying Chase doesn't do that the Irs has your refund. OK... But why is another Representative telling me a different thing than everybody else. This is not the 1st time Chase customer service has been inconsistent With their solutions to issues. ..

One or both of their ATMs are almost always broken, they seem to always run all three lines with one teller. I would not suggest inserting any check into the ATM because it will take well over a week and they don't give you a chance to take the check back. If I could have chosen a different bank I would have by now.

I called the customer service line and they were no help at all regarding a fraudulent account opened in my name. I called the local branch and spoke to Cashief/Cash and he was so helpful and informative. I applaud the branch for taking so much better care of their clients.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And don't quite understand why they ask so many personal questions that have nothing to do with the banking for my finances.

As a longtime customer of Chase I sent my 18 year old daughter with a $100 bonus coupon to open a Chase College Checking account. To which to personal banker who was a man said that the account did not qualify even though I had read all of the terms and knew that in deed that she did qualify. He was rather rude to me after I called to inquire about why she did not qualify. And then I was transferred to online banking which he knew prior does not handle bank promos. I have called several times since then and just keep getting the all bankers are busy message because they have called ID. I found that to be unprofessional and childish. I plan to visit in person to resolve this issue with a bank manager.

Had to come in a little late to open an account which was going to hold up a few people leaving on time but they helped me anyway. The lady that opened our account didn't rush us. Very clearly explained the details of the account, fees associated with the account and how to access the account in different ways. Set up the online banking and made sure we knew how to navigate the app. I am super happy with the decision to bank here so far. I shopped around and talked to different banks and actually walked away from a few just because of the dismissive attitude of some other bank employees before they even knew why I was there. I have been in the branch a few times since opening the account and have had nothing but great customer service from each employee I have encountered. There is nothing worse then dreading going somewhere because you know you are going to deal with a rude person that has the "I have better things to do than be at work" attitude. Great place!

My workplace banks through Chase so I call them often, plus I bank through them myself. They NEVER answer there phones!! Incredibly annoying. I don't know if it's just the Michigan City one but it's extremely inconvenient. Whenever I walk in they help out a lot but even when I'm there I've heard the phone ring several times and they decide to silence it... I thought they ran a business? If you aren't planning to answer your phones might as well just disconnect it.

Even though they were busy, I received excellent service opening my account with Tim. He educated me thoroughly on my new account priviledges. He also helped me to reduce my outstanding balances on credit cards since their app, credit journey, simulator showed what actions would increase my credit score and by how many points. I highly recommend Chase in M.C..

I have been a loyal Chase customer for 12 years now. I'm not very happy with there service. Chase closed there ATM's in my town, so I had to do a bank withdraw through my credit union and Chase charges me $18.00. What a joke. Very unsatisfied. I DO NOT recommend banking at Chase. I will be closing my account asap.
