Asked a simple question to the manager on duty Why a certain Chase bank was closed extra early And The tone of her response Was actually pretty rude. I encourage anyone with money in Chase to do a bank run at this location and find a better Institution to bank with.

Very poor customer service. I have two court orders for my boys to withdraw money from their accounts. And Since April I am trying to get this presses done, but unfortunately Alma personal banker has very little to no knowledge on what to do. Because every time when I call or come in she would make up things that I am tiers of listening. It’s either she can’t pull up information or she doesn’t have information anymore. She promised me to call once she needs anything els, but she never called me. Also when I call her and leave her voice message she would not call me Back.

I'm a Chase private client customer for both business and personal accounts. I went with my partner to open another Business account and sat down with the branch manager to go over the paperwork to open the account. After an hour, we thought we were all setup and we left. After a week, I received a call from her stating that the account was not classified correctly and I had to go in again to verify some information if not my account will be closed after a couple of business days. So I thought, Ok, mistakes happen, I'll just go in. She scheduled me for the Lake Stevens location and I went to go through the same process again. I thought that was resolved. A few days later, she called again! Stating that the classification was not done right and my account will be closed after a couple of days if I didn't go down in person again to go over the same question needed to open a Business account. I had to go down to a Chase location THREE times to open a simple business account. The worse part was she had Zero remorse that she just wasted hours of my time for something she couldn't do right the first time. Zero ownership of the situation as she kept blaming corporate for the complicated process. Zero customer service skills, being so nonchalant about wasting hours of your customer's time for something you didn't do right is not OK. I opened Business accounts before, it is not that complicated. If this is the example the branch manager is setting, it says a lot of the bank and how they value their business customers and their time. This is not excusable, especially for such a reputable bank.

Very well managed. Only so much banks can do anymore with not being able to write letters and help with loan docs. Have to wait for statements to generate but that is the entire retail banking industry, not this branch. Clean, well managed location. 5/5

Wonderful staff that ACTUALLY care about their customers. I have been in this bank 3 times and each time they have provided incredible service. Therefore, it makes it feel lacking when I visit a different branch and am made to feel like I am interrupting them. THIS BRANCH and the superior and intensive customer care they give (even an hour before closing) is the reason I chose Chase Bank. Keep up the great work!

Before I started to work at a bank. I always wanted things done the quickest way. But now that I know that behind the scenes most employees do their best to help each customer with care and accuracy. So a quick message to all those people that like things quickly, try not to rush anyone with your money or anyone else's. Thank you. By the way, the workers here are very helpful, kind, and diligent.

They insist on using fee-based services to deposit money into an account. Chase Bank = Big Criminal Enterprise.

Such a disappointing meeting with her at 3:00 on Friday March 6th. It was like talking to a 12 year old. It was a simple transaction about auto pay and property transfer from an estate. This dingbat said I needed to fly to a San Diego Chase bank branch and they would resolve it there. The insanity of this woman’s suggestion is ludicrous! I sincerely hope that, some management above this branch looks into this. While dealing with a death in the family and trying to resolve this issue. It has made it difficult beyond, what it needed to be. Matt Woods

Good branch but the hours really suck. especially trying to come to the bank after work. But never able to make it due too all the traffic. So I won't give you a bad rating because the traffic is not your fault as a branch but as a company the hours are bad. I think of it this way if I'm trying to put money into savings and stuff that I actually want to do and need to do in person. It just makes it harder when you guys close so early and I can't get anything done during the weekday or weekend. And my excuse for the weekend, I like to sleep in....Since I'am hard worker, plus I owe it to myself, Lol. Anderson this is the technology electronic age and I do update myself with that a lot, but I can do everything in my App.... to a certain point ,but I also need to do things in person. Agree? !... So, the point is ,a bank is supposed to be stable place , but the customer or the worker is supposed to move around to get to the bank and how are people supposed to do that if the bank closes early...............!!!
