Chase Bank N Port Washington Rd, Fox Point

This is a fantastic bank! Not only are the staff friendly and helpful, but you RARELY have to wait in a line. You can usually walk right up and be seen by a teller any day of the week. And Chase Bank offers a host of convenient features that protect you and your money!

The least helpful location I know of. No one knows how to do their job here. Called to get an expired debit card replaced and was told by a branch employee they can’t do that. What exactly can this branch do? Every time I have to make a visit it’s an awful experience. Never have a problem at the downtown location even though parking is limited there. Avoid this location at all costs.

So I went to the branch on Saturday to make a cc pymt and a guy pulled up in the other teller lane a few seconds before I did....so I rang the call teller button because I needed a pymt slip, sent the container back to them and no one answered...I waited and rang it again....then she came to the window but went to the other guy first and greeted him and then she greeted me....i asked for the slip, filled it out and sent it back...she came back waited on the other guy and left...finally someone else came to the window and greeted and waited on me. ..I asked what happened to the other teller and she said she didn't know....the first teller's name was Chirstiana....terrible service.... I hope it's not a black and white thing

Says open till 2pm on Saturday. Went out of my way , and they were close before 1pm. 2 banks 20 miles apart.
