Very friendly and attentive staff. I came in to pay off a credit card and open a savings account to take advantage of their free $200 deal. Workers were very smiley and straight forward. Explained to me all the requirements to get the $200 credit. Thank you to Heidi for making it a pleasant experience. It made me want to open a business account with chase in the future.

I went to the bank at 5.15pm to open a new account. Despite being close to the closing time (6pm), the client manager was very courteous and helpful. She guided me through the whole process very efficiently. Even though it took more than 1 hour to complete the procedures, the bank staff waited until I was done before closing the facility. Pinnacle of customer service.

Quick and friendly service; the manager was able to resolve my issue. Branch is clean on inside with updated modern look. Parking can be a challenge though as the parking lot is small.
