Chase Bank E Main St, Bay Shore

Have gone here 3 times for notary service on random days and at random times. On all 3 occasions the notary was either unavailable or the wait was longer than 30 min. All 3 times I ended up going to the chase on sunrise and manor lane and got my doc notarized within 5 min. Not coming back here. There is something wrong with customer service.

I go there weekly, Trina the manager is very nice. Calvin, Ida, Brianna, Natalie, Veronica and Mary are all very professional and helpful. Nice to see all of these people everytime I go in.

I want to take a second to compliment Barbara B on her customer service. I was very new to town, had a horrible set of circumstances & unfortunately wasn't able to stay. While I was there Barbara went above & beyond to do everything she could to help as much as a banker could. Thank you B. You're a Queen among women.

I was at this chase location 12-9-2016 at around 4 pm. My mother got totally screwed over with her check. That was not what really upset us the most though. The managers at this location are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I never got her name but it was a chubby blonde manager. Not only did she NOT APOLOGIZE for her worker screwing my mom over but she had THE BIGGEST ATTITUDE. Will never go to this location again and if i continue to get treated like that or my mother i will switch my banks.

The drive thru representatives are not attentive. I find myself having to repeat myself several times for basic requests. I sat at the window for nearly 20 minutes for a simple deposit.

Tellers are kind and very fast to get everyone through quickly my favorite chase by far
