To whom it may concern, I just wanted to take some time out of my day to give a #SHOUT-OUT to one of this Branch's Tellers named Kyle and the Branch Manager, Rosa at this Deerfield location. NOT ONLY were these two individuals VERY Professional in dealing with me but they were also Very customer service oriented and willing to go the extra mile and get me the necessary information that I needed to make an important financial investment decsion. I appreciate their assistance and I would recommend this Branch to anyone who asks. And will DEFINITELY return. THANK YOU CHASE BANK.

    The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the lady who first helped me as I walked in was extremely friendly and quick to help me and everyone coming in. I was the first person on the waiting list. 30min later, there were 7 of us waiting, nobody had been helped. There were 3 bankers walking around aimlessly, most of the time on their phones, not helping anyone. Choose a different branch if you want actual help. I expected more from Chase. Never had problem until now.

    Luckily I only have to come to Chase once a month. Personally I don’t bank with Chase, And after experiencing the truly awful customer service at this branch I don’t think I ever will. Without fail every single time I’ve come to this branch there has been a 20 to 45 minute long line for the bank teller. And yes I said “teller” singular. Out of six teller desks, only one is ever open. Meanwhile other bank employees are sitting at their desks idle. I once asked if any of these people could assist with a simple bank transaction, and a woman who I assume is the bank supervisor told me they “don’t have access”. Several people have complained while I’ve been there and she has walked away or said that other bank tellers would be coming in in another half hour. I have been at this branch at several different times of the day and not once has there been more than one bank teller or even a short wait time. I’m not sure if this is a money-saving technique, but it reflects very poorly on the Chase as a banking institution when only one person in the entire building can handle simple banking transactions. Avoid this branch at all costs.

    Had to wait in line for 45 minutes only 1 teller working yet there was 7 other employees there. No one apologized for the wait, no one greeted us or acknowledged. Rosa the branch manager seemed to go out of her w as y to avoid us. Shame on Chase for allowing this to happen.

    The worst Chase Bank ever to use. The customer service sucks. Every time I have to go to this location they screw up on something. First it was wrong amounts deposit, wrong posts on the account, and now they short you with the roll of change. I can't believe a bank hired the worst employees. What ever you do don't go through the window. Need new management. The Chase company is ok, but this location is the worst ever. If my company didn't have an account with Chase, I would never use them again because of this service. TO ALL WHO USE THIS LOCATION, CHECK EVERY THING BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE COUNTER AND DONT GO TROUGH THE WINDOW!!!

    Tried to perform wire transfer but electronically costs $35 at the branch and online costs $25. Representative failed to disclose that info, I asked if there is another way to do it. It could be done via mailing certified check. Agent also failed to mentioned that alternative so we came back home and found that out. Waste of time. Do your own research online before heading to a branch.

    Absolutely worst bank ever!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to make a deposit for my mom since she was in hospital after having a heart attack and something unexpectedly hit her account and she needed it covered. They refused to take the deposit because it was cash which is absolutely ridiculous. They said they couldn't do without her ID. I offered to bring her ID since shes in hospital and they still wouldn't help. Absolutely a heartless bank. If you have any common sense do not, I repeat do not bank here!!!

    Terrible customer service, the my client went there to make a wire and needs a notarize her signature on her application for a homeowners. The transaction took a 40 min, and the agent named (Eiiana, with a russian accent, dark hair)insted trying to sale a different service after she saw how much money the client have it. I said that my client don't want to change her service, and after that she said she couldn't notarize anymore, because it wasn't a form from the bank, she new since the beginning, but got mad with me, because my client said no!
